Dr. Haleh Hamedifar is the Chairman of CinnaGen Co. for biopharmaceutical manufacturing and research and member of the board of directors at the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries. Here is an interview with her on Iran Pharma:

In this period, we must use everything to compensate for all the times we lagged behind. This is an opportunity that if we were to not use it in the right way, it would pave the path for importing companies to seize the market.

In an exclusive interview with the News Agency of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, Chairman of the Food and Drug Administration, Dr. Rasool Dinarvand, stating that holding international pharmaceutical exhibitions is an opportunity for showing the country's pharmaceutical capabilities, said: "The necessity for holding international pharmaceutical exhibitions is sensed in all the developed countries all over the world and it is of a great importance to the medical and pharmaceutical society of the country. It also bears a special interest for the people who can get to know the achievements in this field first-hand."

In the presence of the Minister of Health and welfare South Korea and the KPMA co., pharmaceutical representative of South Korea in Iran, a pharmaceutical agreement was signed covering areas such as GMP training and transporting production line and technology between this company and the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries.

The meeting of the executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition with pharmaceutical societies and holdings was held on Wednesday, May 8th in the office of the Food and Drug Administration and together with stating the details of this version of the exhibition, its main objectives and future achievements were discussed by the strategic committee.

Chairman of the Food and Drug Administration said in the opening ceremony of the 19th International Iran Health Exhibition: "Currently, 40 percent of the country's medical equipment is manufactured domestically."

In the opening ceremony of the 19th International Medical Equipment Exhibition, Dr. Seyed Hassan Hashemi said: "We ask medical equipment experts to make a point of their presence in international domains and do not forget the years before the sanctions."

A great number of Iranian and foreign companies, present at the 19th International Medical Equipment Exhibition (Iran Health), have announced their readiness for attending the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition.

Dr. Abbas Kebriaeizade stated that: "With attention to the good response of domestic and international companies to the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, this will be this exhibition's last version and from next year onward, we will be witnessing CPhI Iran.

The achievements of the country's pharmaceutical industries were introduced in an event held on Saturday, May 21st 2016 in the Pharmaceutical Development center of the Medical University of Tehran, with the presence of Eshaq Jahangiri, First Deputy of President, Dr. Seyed Hassan Hashemi, Minister of Health Medical Education and Dr. Rasool Dinarvand, chairman of the Food and Drug Administration. Concurrent with this ceremony, the Unit of Producing Recombinant Drug Material was inaugurated.

In this event, 70 drug items that were incorporated during the 11th government were introduced, News Agency reported. These drugs are used for treating different diseases such as MS, neurological and psychological diseases and cancer and are mostly manufactured by knowledge-based companies in order to realize resistive economy and currency optimization.

Dr. Seyed Hassan Hashemi stated that: "At the beginning stages of the 11th government, we were facing pharmaceutical crisis, in a way that 300 articles of drugs were in shortage; but today, this number has diminished to less than 30 drugs and the public's access to drugs has been provided all over the country."

Saying that people used to pay 40 percent of the their expenses for medicine and medical equipment, he added: "Today this number has decreased to 5 percent. People from rural areas pay as low as 3 percent of their medicinal and medical equipment expenses, while this number is 6 percent for people living in cities."

Announcing that prior to the implementation of the Health System Evolution Plan, 90 percent of people's attending for obtaining medicine and medical equipment was outside medical centers, Minister of Health continued: "Currently, the number of references for obtaining medicine and medical equipment to outside medical centers has reached a percentage of less than 3."

Stating that the 11th government is being accused that by implementing the Health System Evolution Plan, it wants to increase pharmaceuticals importations, Hashemi explained: "In 2012, we had one billion, 350 million dollars pharmaceuticals importation, while this number has diminished to a range below one billion."

He also announced that the pharmaceuticals' share of exports has been doubled and added: "Today's issue of our pharmaceutical industry is its outdatedness."

He then said: "If the government were able to aid our pharmaceutical industry in the amount of one thousand billion tomans, we will be able to seize a great share of regional markets within the next 5 to 10 years."

Stating that since the beginning of the 11th government's term, each month, two drugs have been incorporated to the pharmaceutical market, Dr. Hashemi added: "During this government's term, more than 60 drugs have been produced and distributed for the first time."

Es'haq Jahangiri then added: "Efficiency is the biggest lost chain in Iran's economy."

Stating that in many countries of the world, the major share of the economic growth is resulted by increase in efficiency, he added: "Unfortunately, our country is in the worst situation in terms of efficiency, in a way that it has been repeatedly stated in the Third Development Plan that 33 percent of the economic growth must be from efficiency, while this number still stays at 0."

Pointing to the Prospect Document and its prediction of 8 percent growth, Jahangiri said that: "2.5 units of this 8 percent growth are supposed to come from efficiency."

Stressing on the fact that this lack of efficiency must be eliminated from Iran's economy, First Deputy of the President stated that: "To leave this situation, we need plans and objectives to reach efficient."

He then pointed to the pharmaceutical industry and said: "Quality and cost are the most important subjects that should be put into consideration in order to incorporate Iranian products to international markets."

Jahangiri spoke of the Health System Evolution Plan as the most important key achievement of the 11th government and added that: "We will not forget the status we were in prior to the 11th government in terms of health."

President's First Deputy confessed possible shortcomings and issues with the Health System Evolution Plan that should be adjusted and then continued: "To manufacture two new drugs per month is a source pride for the country."

Pointing out the capabilities of the country's researchers and scientists in the field of pharmaceutical industries, he stressed: "We must have a development center next to each university, so that the ideas are turned into products."

Jahangiri also insisted on supporting the private sector in the pharmaceutical industry and stated: "The private sector is able to take over the responsibility of production."

150 Million Exports is not Worthy of Iran

Dr. Rasool Dinarvand, chairman of Food and Drug Administration stated that: "Today is a very good day for the country's pharmaceutical industry."

Pointing to the year 2016, as the year of resistive economy, he stressed: "Resistive economy is derived from knowledge-based economy, in a way that with the support of the government and investing on the elite and researchers, we can prevent the immigration of these people from our country and realize the stages of growth in the pharmaceutical industry."

Dinarvand mentioned the pharmaceutical industry's work during the 11th government and said: "The pharmaceutical industry has been successful in this government in a way that together with limiting imports and reducing currency dependency, we have been witnessing the flourishment of pharmaceuticals production within the country."

He also spoke of controlling people's expenses for procuring medicine and medical equipment as another achievement by the 11th government in the health field and said: "The priority for the Ministry of Health is to open the gates for exports."

Chairman of the Food and Drug Administration announced that exports in the amount of 150 million dollars is not worthy of this country and stated: "This amount of exports, against one billion dollars of import is not acceptable."

Dinarvand announced the objectives to reach a positive balance in pharmaceuticals export and import in the 2025 Landscape and said: "Our planning for reaching a positive balance in the year 2025 is already on track."

He also spoke of the plans of the Ministry of Health for supporting knowledge-based companies in the field of exporting medicine and added that: "We have enacted that for each million dollar worth of pharmaceuticals exports, these companies will be given grants for drug manufacturing in three months ahead of schedule."

Chairman of the Food and Drug Administration considered attention to domestic market and limiting imports as one of the issues of our country's pharmaceutical industry and stated: "By exporting pharmaceuticals, we can export the outcome of our knowledge."

In the end, Dr. Ali Jaafarian, Chancellor of Tehran's University of Medical Sciences said: "Fourteen molecules of medicinal doze have been manufactured in the pharmaceutical development center of this university, with 22 of them dated to the year 2015; furthermore, the majority of these drugs are considered to be anti-cancer and expensive imported medicine." Jaafarian also committed to incorporate 10 new pharmaceutical peptidyl products to the market.

The first media conference of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition was held with Dr. Rasool Dinarvand, chairman of Food and Drugs Administration and Deputy of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abbas Kebriaeizade, chairman of the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries and a number of board members of the syndicate on May 24th in Iran's Food and Drug Association.

Pointing to the fact that holding the Iran Pharma Exhibition is a great opportunity, Rasool Dinarvand stated that: "We expect to enter our audience in these exhibitions, meaning the pharmacists and doctors so that they get to know these achievements. On the other hand, this exhibition is a good opportunity for pharmaceutical industries in the world and both the companies that manufacture pharmaceuticals in Iran, and those who export their products to Iran can benefit from this event." He added that: "The basis of the exhibition's work is on the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries. Together with this exhibition, conventions and meetings will be held in which we hope the students can benefit from the workshops available in this exhibition for free."

The chairman of the Food and Drug Administration continued: "The goal of these exhibitions must be focused outside our borders and we must reach the place where we can freely take part in international exhibitions. In this exhibition we will try to invite the pharmaceutical authorities of the neighboring countries like Iraq, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, etc.. But the huge burden in this field is on the board of directors at the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries in the sense that they must be able to evolve our pharmaceutical strategies and focus on improving the quality, expanding exports and making the Iranian companies stand out. On the other hand, we do not consider ourselves to be the proctors and custodians of the industry, but we believe that we must support the industry and we will do just that. Therefore, the industry is running and overseeing its self.

Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition to be Held Amidst European Companies Participation

Stressing on the strong infrastructures for pharmaceutical production, Dr. Abbas Kebriaeizade stated that: "The country's pharmaceutical industry is a source of national pride and we will never forget the pre-revolution era when only a trifle amount of the national production potentials was utilized and 70 percent of the need for pharmaceuticals was provided from imports. Today, however, 97 percent of our country's need for pharmaceuticals is provided by domestic production and our import rate for pharmaceuticals is below 3 percent."

He then, pointing to the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, continued: "In conditions where the country's pharmaceuticals market is ready to cooperate with all the other countries, this exhibition is a great opportunity for attracting foreign investments and since the participation of foreign countries is the priority for this version of Iran Pharma Exhibition, we will witness a great achievement after this exhibition. I can assure you that Iran Pharma Exhibition will become CPhI Iran, starting from next year, in the same line, all authorities of CPhI were also invited."

Stating the fact that we live in a region where 400 million people live and they lack any form of pharmaceutical industry, chairman of the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries continued: "Therefore, our region is considered as a great market for Iran's pharmaceutical industries. Therefore, the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries hold pharmaceutical exhibitions so that Iranian companies are encouraged to work outside Iran. Keeping our national market, however, is always a priority."

Kebriaeizade announced that 50 companies from 14 European countries have applied for the exhibition and added that: "Fortunately, with the plans of the executive staff of the exhibition, the goal in which 30 percent of the exhibition space was to be appointed for foreign companies is realized. With less than 4 months to the exhibition, foreign companies from countries such as England, Italy, Germany, France, China, Russia, Argentina, Netherland, Belgium, South Korea, Finland, Turkey and other countries have joined in."

He added that: "The Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition was not only held to display products. This exhibition is an event in which Iranian companies can present their researches findings next to well established companies of the world. Therefore, a separate training space is devised for visitors and students can attend these training sessions for free. Furthermore, conveying their technology is the main condition for these companies admittance to the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition. Therefore, all the visitors must register prior to the exhibition. Also, several scientific associations have announced their yearly conferences in the exhibition."

Kebriaeizade announced that the second media conference of the elite members of the countries pharmaceutical system, revolving around the subject of incorporating the World Trade Organization, concurrent with the Second International Iran Pharma (14 to 16 September 2016) and continued: "One of the important subjects of the post-JCPOA era is Iran's incorporation to the World Trade Organization. Since pharmaceuticals are effective and sensitive in the negotiations' context, special attention must be given to this subject from the side of the elites and those active in this domain."

He declared that: "In the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, a separate space is appointed for studies and negotiations in which both sides are able to do the preparations for their contract with legal councils."

Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, an Opportunity for Introducing Potentials

Member of the board of directors at the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries, Dr. Naser Naqadi stated: "Holding Iran Pharma Exhibition with these ambitious goals is undoubtedly a monumental task. One of the important goals of this version of the exhibition is to diminish the culture of dependency to foreign pharmaceuticals; because the process of control and supervision has always been more harsh on Iranian companies in comparison with their foreign counterparts, yet still, they are poorly received."

He added that: "Holding different workshops in the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition will be a great boost for further incorporation of science into the pharmaceutical industries and we will ultimately be able to use the capacities of this exhibition for introducing Iranian pharmaceuticals."

Dr. Akbar Borandegi, another board member at the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries said that: "Exportation and extroversion that are stressed upon and considered to be the goals of this exhibition will only be realized through cooperation with all concerned institutions. Unfortunately, exportation is not the main concern of the authorities and this has led companies that have taken steps toward exportation to step back."

Stating that the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition is an opportunity for expanding exportation markets, Borandegi stressed that: "The exportation of the most strategic product of the country (pharmaceuticals) needs serious extreme measures and if exportation companies were to enter this field without unity and national will, they are undoubtedly facing failure."

Dr. Mohammed Abdezade stated at the concluding of this conference: "I am most pleased that the country's pharmaceutical industry has reached a point in flourishment that we are able to hold an exhibition in this scale and be sure that we will reach valuable achievements in the years to come."

He added that: "The Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition is undoubtedly an opportunity for introducing the potentials of our country's pharmaceutical industries. We hope that we can introduce Iran's pharmaceutical industries to the world with each other's help and show that we are not short of what they have achieved."

Executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition attended the 4th Conference on Food and Dietary Supplementary which was held in 29, 30 and 31st May 2016 in Hotel Olympic in Tehran and was very well received by the booths and visitors of this event, News Agency reported.

The 4th Conference on Food and Dietary Supplementary was held with special attention to the position of food and dietary supplementary for women, mothers and children and with the utilization of supports from Food and Drug Administration, Syndicate of Iranian Manufacturers of Food and Dietary Supplementary and the Union of Importers of Food, Dietary, Vitamin and Herbal Supplementary and Dr. Abbas Kebriaeizade, CEO of the strategic committee and chairman of the Syndicate of Iranian Food and Dietary Supplementary Manufacturers, Dr. Seyed Ali Keshavarz, the scientific secretary of the conference and head of the clinical nutrition faculty at the Nutrition and Dietetic Faculty of Tehran's Medical School, Dr. Jaafar Mirfakhraei, member of the decision making board and secretary of the Union of Importers of Food, Dietary, Vitamin and Herbal Supplementary and Dr. Amir-Hossein Jamshidi, member of the decision-making board and chief supervisor at the office of Supervision and Evaluation of Natural, Traditional and Supplementary Products in Food and Drugs Administration were among the most important people to attend the conference.

Together with speeches given by the conference's authorities and Dr. Seyed Mohammed Ali Ayyazi, Deputy of Social Affairs of the Ministry of Health, Mahnaz Afshar, well known actress also gave her speech with full awareness of the importance of the rational consumption of food and dietary supplementary. The executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma began publicity for attracting European companies in CPhI Istanbul.

China and India are among the most important companies present in this version of CPhI and together, they have occupied about 70 percent of the booths. With attention to the collaboration between Iran and Major European countries, these two countries have stated their goal in CPhI Istanbul as an expansive incorporation and keeping the region's market, News Agency reported.

By attending CPhI Istanbul, the executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition is planning to attract European countries to visit the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition. Accordingly, in negotiations that took place, countries like Belgium, Germany and Turkey expressed their readiness.

With three more months left to Iran Pharma Exhibition 2016 opening, 80 percent of the booths are booked and according to the predictions of the Secretariat of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, the placement of the other booths will be finalized soon.

According to promises made by the strategic board of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, 30 percent of the exhibition space is appointed for major pharmaceutical companies of the world and in the participant companies, with 13 pharmaceutical companies, Italy has the biggest share among the participating European companies in the exhibition, News Agency reported.

"Easypharmasrl", "Farmores", "Steelco", "OMAS", "Cariba", "Comecer", "Food and Pharma Systems srl", "Techinox", "Prisma", "TM", "Ronchi", "Cos-Mec" and "Comas" are among the most important Italian companies present in the exhibition. Among the Iranian companies applying for participation in the exhibition, companies active in the pharmaceutical and pharmaceuticals packaging and facilities have the biggest share.

This year, CPhI exhibition, which is considered as the most important specialized event in any country's pharmaceutical industries, was hosted by Istanbul and according to the observations made by the executive team of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition in Istanbul, Iran Pharma 2016 was well received by foreign companies who showed their interest in participating in the exhibition.

According to the News Agency, the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition which is to be held during 14 to 16 September 2016 in the Grand Mosalla of Tehran, is the biggest event in middle-east's pharmaceutical industries and as Dr. Abbas Kebriaeizade, the chairman of the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries stated: "This year's September will witness its last version. Because with regard to the good participation of European companies in the exhibition, starting from next year, we will witness CPhI Iran Exhibitions." Accordingly and with attention to the stress on the side of the strategic board of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition on following the footsteps of CPhI for holding Iran Pharma, the goal of the executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition in CPhI Istanbul was to attract major European companies to visit Iran Pharma Exhibition. A goal which according to the remarks made by the supervisor at the executive staff was successfully achieved and the removal of sanctions that have led to a change of perspective on investing in Iran, have led the European companies to welcome Iran Pharma 2016 Exhibition. Therefore, from all the companies who were present in CPhI Istanbul, 24 companies from countries like Belgium, Germany, Turkey and Italy, spoke of Iran's current conditions as very amiable for investment and expressed their readiness for participating in Iran Pharma Exhibition from 14 to 16 of September 2016.

Naser Naqadi, university professor and board member at the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries, said that Iran Pharma Exhibition promises improvements in domestic pharmaceutical industry and believes that one of the modern and important methods for manufacturers to introduce their pharmaceutical products is to participate in different pharmaceutical exhibitions.

Pharmaceuticals are among the bases of the health system and improving the health factors is regarded as the most strategic foundation of a society and therefore, it has always been in the direct attention of the people and those who are involved. In today's world, unfortunately, this product is being used as a tool for carrying out the governments' economic goals. Pharmaceuticals, as technology-based products is under the direct economic attention, in a way that it is now one of the most profitable businesses in the world. With regard to the two important factors of science and technology, there is a great competition between different companies and countries for discovering new technologies, dictating that each country that is pioneering in this field, added to creating major incomes, has more leverage on others.

With regard to the fact that pharmaceuticals have direct contact with the public health, both in preventing diseases and in treating, the quality of this product is of great importance and is always one of the concerns of those involved in pharmaceutical industry. Based on this, all companies active in the pharmaceuticals do their best to provide the best conditions for producing modern products by financial and scientific investments and prove the superiority of their product to their consumers.

In the same light, one of the modern and important methods for manufacturers in order to introduce products is to participate in different pharmaceutical exhibitions, so that they can interact with foreign competitors in an immediate and direct environment and together with getting to know different methods in production and distribution, take measures in companies in the field of pharmaceuticals. Although presence in exhibitions may not seem very necessary, endurance and constancy in this path can lead to achieving the companies' economic goals.

Iranian companies have displayed their activities for the public in the form of Iran Pharma Exhibition and they used this event as a motivator for carrying on with activities and showcasing their achievements. It is evident from the implementation of this international exhibition that the executives of Iran Pharma were undoubtedly well aware of the concerns of pharmaceutical companies. It is important to make note of the fact that international pharmaceutical exhibitions, especially Iran Pharma, have goals that are defined in accordance with their target audience because the most important audience are manufacturers, authorities and decision-makers, people with relative occupations and finally, pharmaceuticals consumers who include all the public.

Added to introducing their achievements in their efforts for finding new markets within the country and also in contact with other participants and information transactions, manufacturers look for new ideas to continue their activities in this exhibition. Furthermore, there will be great efforts on the side of decision-makers to prove that their products are superior, both in quantity and in quality.

Authorities and decision-makers in pharmaceuticals, whose presence is of great value to the exhibition, must guide manufacturers toward increasing their production rates. With regard to the imports of drugs whose similar products are manufactured domestically, this exhibition is considered to be an opportunity for those who are involved to interact with other organizations, especially professional medical professions by increasing their production rates and set the trend of the culture consuming domestic pharmaceuticals through scientific associations and Iran Medical Council.

Regarding to the culture of consuming domestic pharmaceuticals, especially strategic drugs that enjoy higher standards, audio-visual media must convey their observations to all the different sectors of society, which in turn, can greatly help better the production and consumption environment.

Holding great exhibitions such as Iran Pharma can promise a brighter future in the country's pharmaceuticals system, provided that they pursue the above mentioned goals and make efforts to realize them. On the other hand, manufacturers must take measures in a way that the consumers will be more interested in consuming Iranian pharmaceuticals by increasing their focus on presenting the modern and needed methods of the country, and also modern technologies in order to increase the products' quality and the authorities must take measures in supporting them. This interaction between authorities and manufacturers will ultimately lead to an increase in the society's health factors.

In this meeting, editors of medical journals spoke with the commercial manager of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition and announced their media support of this major event in the country, News Agency reported.

Also, in this meeting held by the executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, it was stated that the main goal of holding this exhibition is to nourish and develop the pharmaceutical culture in the country and to introduce these scientific journals to established domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies, a special space will be appointed for them.

According to the executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition in this meeting, the biggest pharmaceutical exhibition of the middle-east will be held in the Grand Mosalla of Tehran under the supervision and command of Dr. Abbas Kebriaeizade, chairman of the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries, following the standards of the global CPhI exhibition in a space of 15000 m2, which according to active members of the pharmaceutical industries, will be the biggest event in the region. Accordingly, to facilitate the preparations for the presence of foreign companies and participants, Tehran's 4 and 5 star hotels have been booked.

The most important difference between this exhibition and other pharmaceutical exhibitions is the possibility to get to know the latest technologies of the pharmaceutical industry and related industries, significant increase of value added in the pharmaceutical industry, introducing investment opportunities of Iran and the capability to reach new markets.

In this meeting, editors of medical journals spoke with the commercial manager of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition and announced their media support of this major event in the country, News Agency reported.

Also, in this meeting held by the executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, it was stated that the main goal of holding this exhibition is to nourish and develop the pharmaceutical culture in the country and to introduce these scientific journals to established domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies, a special space will be appointed for them.

According to the executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition in this meeting, the biggest pharmaceutical exhibition of the middle-east will be held in the Grand Mosalla of Tehran under the supervision and command of Dr. Abbas Kebriaeizade, chairman of the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries, following the standards of the global CPhI exhibition in a space of 15000 m2, which according to active members of the pharmaceutical industries, will be the biggest event in the region. Accordingly, to facilitate the preparations for the presence of foreign companies and participants, Tehran's 4 and 5 star hotels have been booked.

The most important difference between this exhibition and other pharmaceutical exhibitions is the possibility to get to know the latest technologies of the pharmaceutical industry and related industries, significant increase of value added in the pharmaceutical industry, introducing investment opportunities of Iran and the capability to reach new markets.

CPhI China exhibition commenced its activities today in Shanghai amidst the maximum participation of foreign companies and the executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition also attended this event in order to attract European companies. In an exclusive interview, the managing director of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition stated that: "Fortunately, we are witnessing the maximum participation of foreign companies and until now, different negotiations have been done with companies for their participation in the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition", News Agency reported.

Leila Chegini added: "In negotiations we had with Anne Schumacher, one of the high executives at UBM, she expressed her happiness at Iran's potential for holding an exhibition in the rank of CPhI and spoke of her interest in participating in the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition."

She also added: "The exhibition we are witnessing now is very different from what we saw in CPhI Istanbul, which can be attributed to China's great connections with the world. CPhI China, with 2800 pharmaceutical companies and 160 mof exhibition space, is one of the biggest CPhI exhibitions in the world. "

The managing director of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition stated that: "With regard to the removal of sanction, without a doubt, Iran can also have a bright future in holding international exhibitions. We are hopeful that with the help of concerned organizations and authorities in the fields of pharmaceuticals and the negotiations that were done with CPhI executives, we will witness CPhI in Tehran in 2017."

The Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, which is formed in accordance with CPhI patterns and standards, will be held in 14 to 16 September, in 2016 in Grand Mosalla of Tehran.

Concurrent with CPhI, the Exhibition of Food Industries, Agricultural Products and Handcraft was held as a side program.

This exhibition which mostly showcased China's regional and traditional products was well received by the participants and attracted a lot of attention, the Syndicate reported. Although CPhI is a pharmaceutical exhibition, the Chinese used its maximum capacity to introduce their country's traditional products.

In an interview with Food and Drugs Magazine, project executive of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition stated: "Although it was supposedly held as a side exhibition, but I believe that China took this step in order to increase the number of the exhibition visitors. China's general public may not be interested in the field of pharmaceuticals, but they value and cherish their traditional exhibitions and it was evident that most of the people visiting the exhibition were locals."

Meysam Karimi added: "China wanted to kill two birds with one stone and together with introducing its regional products to foreign companies, attract more people to the pharmaceutical exhibitions."

He also stated that: "Fortunately, we have had excellent talks with foreign manufacturers and all of them showed great interest in participating in the exhibition in September. We were able to speak with high executives of some European companies regarding the Second Iran Pharma Exhibition on the second day of CPhI China exhibition."

Karimi also added that: "European companies know Iran's capacities in attracting investments very well and it was even pointed out repeatedly that now (post-JCPOA era) is the best opportunity to start investing in Iran. One of the CEOs of the German companies even jokingly remarked that the first and the best are always winners. We are happy to say that having economic relations with Iran means that we are winners. It has been years since the last time we witnessed such enthusiasm among foreign manufacturers for entering Iran."

The third day of CPhI China exhibition was concluded with expert workshops and the warm reception of this country's companies of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition.

The programs of CPhI's third day were held in June 23rd in Shanghai and with regard to the presence of the executive staff of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, Iran Pharma 2016 was well received by the Chinese pharmaceutical machinery companies in this exhibition, which indicates the Chinese inclination for entering Iran's competitive market, Syndicate's PR reported.

Also, the number of Iranian companies present in the pharmaceutical machinery and facilities hall of this exhibition show the need for modern machinery in Iran's pharmaceutical companies.

Added to that, the CPhI exhibition, which is one of the biggest pharmaceutical exhibitions in the world with 2800 booths, held expert workshops in its third day. In these expert workshops where subjects like production, distribution, supervision, technologies, etc. were debated, attendees were able to choose which workshops they wanted to attend according to their interests.

The Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, which will take place in September 2016, with plans to hold workshops and expert seminars, has skillfully implemented CPhI's patterns.

The Secretariat of the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition called for holding workshops by specialized associations, together with grants for retraining during 14 to 16 of September 2016 in order to convey technical and expert knowledge and establishing a connection between the industry and research and training centers.

According to the report from the News Agency this citation states: "With regard to the fact that one of the main concerns of the people involved is to convey the technical and expert knowledge and establish a connection between this industry and research and training centers, therefore, suitable environment for holding workshops and expert seminars by scientific associations and research centers is provided, so that together with presenting the latest theoretical concepts and exchanging information, the possibility for experts and students to inspect the latest achievements and researches of the related fields is also achieved.

Therefore, with regard to the importance and necessity of the unanimous participation of scientific associations and research centers, all associations related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, production of primary and effective materials, nutritional and pharmaceutical supplements, herbal and pharmaceutical products, beauty and health care products and pharmaceutical facilities are called to hold their training programs (with grants for retraining) in this exhibition."

With 15000 m2of exhibition space and 400 domestic and international companies present, the Second International Exhibition on Pharmaceuticals and Related Industries is one of the biggest events of pharmaceutical industries in Iran and the Middle East which will be held this September in Grand Mosalla of Tehran, presenting different programs including expert speeches and panels, workshops and item reviews with the goal of showcasing the latest achievements and technologies of Iran's pharmaceutical industries, establishing connections with international research centers, presenting information regarding exporting and importing activities and introducing investment opportunities in Iran.

Sixteen Italian companies have finalized their participation in the Second International Exhibition on Pharmaceuticals and Related Industries (Iran Pharma).

These Italian companies that are considered to be among the biggest names in the field of pharmaceutical industries intend to provide grounds for collaboration with Iranian companies by introducing modern technologies in pharmaceuticals, News Agency reported.

Companies like "Rounchi", "TM", "Totech", "F. P. S. Food and Pharma Systems Srl", "Farmores" and "Prisma" are among the most important Italian companies that are taking part in this exhibition.

Also, "Comas co.", with 30 years of experience in filling and capping liquid pharmaceuticals, chemical material and beauty care products is one of the Italian companies to participate in this event.

The Second International Exhibition on pharmaceuticals and Related Industries (Iran Pharma) is to be held from 14 to 16 September 2016 in Grand Mosalla of Tehran.

The Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, with the biggest names in the field of pharmaceuticals and related industries, including "Merck", "Bosch", "AWH" and "Azupharma" from Germany, "Easypharma" and "Pharma Quality Europe" from Italy and "Boccard" from France will take place in September 2016.

These companies that are active in the fields of pharmaceutical machinery, modern technologies and clean room industries have finalized their presence in the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, News Agency reported.

In this event which is regarded as the first international exhibition in the field of pharmaceuticals and related industries in the post-JCPOA era, several companies have finalized their presence to showcase the finest pharmaceutical machinery and the latest technologies related to establishing pharmaceuticals' production lines from which "Argenol Laboratories" from Spain and "MRC Systems" from England can be mentioned.

Together with "Truking", one of the biggest companies in the field of pharmaceuticals and related industries in China, "Dr. Muller" and "M + W Group" are also among the other German companies to participate in the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition.

With the participation of 30 percent of the biggest names in pharmaceuticals from all over the world, the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition will take place from 14 to 16 September 2016 in Grand Mosalla of Tehran.

Dr. Hamidreza Rasekh, in an exclusive interview regarding the 2nd International Exhibition on Pharmaceuticals and Related Industries (Iran Pharma), said: "The pharmaceutical industry is always spoken of as one of the most profitable industries. After the network, communication and internet services industries and retailing, it has the third rank among the 53 most profitable industries in the world."

This faculty member of Shahid Beheshti University added: "After service companies, the pharmaceutical industries of the world appoint for the highest percentage of prospective industries. In other words, in this industry, attention to the prospects of the future and taking the prospective approach is one of the main goals and is a response to the challenges facing this industry."

Stating that the time-adaptability percentage in this industry is superior to other industries, Rasekh continued: "The share of pharmaceutical companies that are active in Tehran Stock Exchange Market is 3.2 percent of the total pecuniary market; this amount is close to the function of pharmaceutical companies in London Stock Market. These numbers indicate a convenient opportunity for entering this market in comparison with the prospects of the total market and the adequacy of this field for attracting domestic and foreign investors."

Stressing the importance of holding international pharmaceutical exhibitions, Rasekh added: "Having unique advantages and features, Iran is a suitable place for investing. For instance, the geographical location of Iran is unique in terms that it is the connection hub between the Middle East, Asia and Europe, which provide an exceptional opportunity for commercial and business developments. Furthermore, the vicinity of Iran's 80 million market with the 400 million markets of the neighboring countries, most of which have less developed pharmaceutical and treatment industries, increase investment attractions. Added to that, the existence of communication and correspondence networks, using the suitable infrastructures around the country in fields of communication, energy, road and rail-way transportation and diverse climates increase these potentials."

He continued: "The ratification of a new bill in 2002 encouraging and supporting foreign investments replacing the previous law of attracting and supporting foreign investments in Iran, establishing complete security grounds and increasing support of foreign investments based on clear and international standards, have created a relatively suitable environment for investing in pharmaceuticals. Therefore, the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition can provide suitable grounds for showcasing the potentials of pharmaceutical industries in the fields of manufacturing, distribution, facilities, engineering, licensed production within or outside the country, consulting, clinical trial, regulatory and drug distribution. South Koreas' latest pharmaceutical technologies and facilities will be put on display in the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition of pharmaceuticals and related industries.

Companies such as "Hoonga Corporation", "PTK", "Countec Company Ltd.", "ECM" and "Waterton Pharmaceutical" are among the most distinguished Korean manufacturers taking part in the Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition, the Syndicate reported.

These companies that are among the biggest names in the field of pharmaceutical facilities in South Korea have expressed their preparation for participation with Iranian companies for creating pharmaceuticals' production lines, presenting the latest packaging methods and supplying pharmaceutical machinery.

In terms of production rate, South Korea is in the rank of developed European countries and up until now, several countries, including Iran, have taken measures to utilize this country's latest pharmaceutical technologies.

Prior to this development, Iran and South Korea had signed an agreement in the field of pharmaceuticals. This pharmaceutical agreement, covering the fields of GMP training, production line and technology transfer was signed between "KPMA Co.", pharmaceutical representative of South Korea in Iran and the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries in the presence of Health Minister of South Korea.

Dr. Kebriaeizade: "Iran-South Korea Agreement Accelerates Growth in Iran's Pharmaceutical Industry"

Pointing out the acceleration in the growth of Iran's pharmaceutical industries, Dr. Kebrieaeizade, chairman of the Syndicate of Iranian Pharmaceutical Industries stated: "According to the agreement signed with South Korea, the transaction of pharmaceutical information will take place in the first stage. Based on this article of the agreement, we will inform them of the information and features of Iranian pharmaceutical companies and their area of activity and in their turn, South Korea is to provide us with information on their pharmaceutical companies."

He continued: "According to the agreements between Iran and South Korea regarding pharmaceutical industries, several training sessions in GMP field were scheduled between the two countries. This will lead to the establishment of a productive interaction, which we hope will ultimately increase the quality level in our factories."

The Second International Iran Pharma Exhibition is to be held from 14 to 16 September 2016 in Grand Mosalla of Tehran.

Germany, the third largest pharmaceutical hub of the world dispatched representatives from its pharmaceutical market to the 2nd International Exhibition on Pharmaceuticals and Related industries (Iran-Pharma).

According to Food and Drug website and as cited by the Secretariat Office of the 2nd International Iran-Pharma Expo, 13 major German companies, active in pharmaceutical facilities and modern technologies will come to Iran to showcase their latest technologies in the field of pharmaceuticals and transfer technologies in the 2nd International Iran-Pharma Expo.

“Korsch”, “Mediseal”, “GEA” and “ICP” are among the biggest names present at the event. Official representatives of these companies have stated that these incorporations intend to establish pharmaceutical production lines, transfer technologies and present GMP training in an attempt to interact with professionals active in the Iranian pharmaceutical industry.

Prior to this, major pharmaceutical companies such as Merck and M+R Group had finalized their presence in this event.

The 2nd International Exhibition on Pharmaceuticals and Related Industries (Iran-Pharma), will be held on 14-16 September 2016 in the Grand Musalla of Tehran, amidst the presence of several national and foreign companies.

ARTICLE 2 - Submission of Application Forms  and number of Participating Companies in Individual Stands

1. Application forms should be submitted to ORGANIZER.

2. The ORGANIZER reserves the right for acceptance or rejection of applications.

3. Space allocation and positioning of EXHIBITORs are solely the responsibility of the ORGANIZER.

4. EXHIBITORs are not allowed to sublet or share with others the space allocated to them.

5. Minimum individual stand areas for each stand are set at 12m2 for indoor and 30 m2 for outdoor stands. Only one participant (plus his agent if any) is allowed to exhibit in a 12 m2 indoor and a 30 m2 out door stand, but the EXHIBITOR's name to be displayed on the stand fascia is limited to one company.

6. EXHIBITORs exceeding their allocated space (their originally requested space in the application form) are subject to settle their accounts based on completion of a new application form indicating the revised space.

7. EXHIBITORs shall submit the ORGANIZER a separate listing of its exhibiting items along with the Registration form. This listing will be used as a PERMIT for the items to leave the FAIRGROUND when countersigned by the ORGANIZER’s representative. The raw form will be submitted to the EXHIBITOR by ORGANIZER.

8. The ORGANIZER has the right to relocate the area or the site allocated to any EXHIBITOR with prior notice.

ماده 2- - تسلیم فرم های درخواست غرفه و تعداد شرکتهای مجاز در هرغرفه

1-متقاضیان اجاره غرفه می بایست فرم درخواست و ثبت نام را به برگزار کننده تسلیم نمایند.

2-برگزار کننده در قبول یا رد تقاضاها مختار است.

3-تخصیص فضا و جانمایی غرفه داران ........و صرفا از اختیارات برگزار کننده می باشد

4-غرفه داران اجازه واگذاری غرفه یا شرکت ثالثی را در غرفه واگذار شده ندارند.

5- حداقل فضای غرفه استاندارد 12 متر و برای غرفه دارانی که فضای خالی را اجاره می کنند تا خودشان غرفه سازی کنند 30 متر مربع می باشد . در هر غرفه تنها یک شرکت می تواند نمایش دهد و تنها نام یک شرکت روی کتیبه بالای غرفه نمایش داده می شود.

6-غرفه دارانی که نیاز به فضای بیشتری نسبت به فضای اولیه دارند ( مساحتی که ابتدا در فرم تقاضا درخواست آنرا داده اند ) می بایست فرم جدیدی را تکمیل نمایند که شامل مساحت جدید درخواست باشد.

7- غرفه داران می بایست لیست اقلام نمایشی برای شرکت در نمایشگاه را با فرم ثبت نام به برگزار کننده تسلیم نمایند . این لیست عنوان مجوزی برای اقلامی که بعدا از نمایشگاه خارج می گردد با امضای نماینده برگزار کننده مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد . فرم خام مربوطه توسط برگزار کننده به غرفه دار تسلیم خواهد شد.

8- برگزار کننده می تواند به اختیار خود فضای اختصاص داده شده به هر غرفه داری را با یک اعلامیه تغییر دهد.

ARTICLE 3 - Terms of Payment

9. EXHIBITORs are subject to payment of 100% of fees upon submission of their application forms and in accordance with respective deadlines.

10. Participants exhibiting or advertising outside their allocated space must have prior approval of the ORGANIZER. Repackaging and removing of the goods of the EXHIBITORs will begin the day following closing date of the exhibition and in case of Exhibitor’s delay in stand removal, the Exhibitor commits to pay an amount of 1000 Euro per day to Organizer as delay penalty. (refer to 3.13)

11. All fees are payable in Euro. Displaying foreign products, Posters etc… in Iranian stands paid in IRRs is prohibited. The EXHIBITORs in such cases are obligated to pay the International fees. In case of such penalties, the Exhibitor shall pay the fine of 1000 Euro for the first trespassing; and in case of repetition, for the second time, the Organizer reserves the right to prevent any Exhibitor to continue its activities in the stand.

12. EXHIBITORs are requested to inform the ORGANIZER of the exact amount and the date of their payments and the bank name through which the payment is made by transmitting the payment receipt.

13. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to hold the exhibited goods of those participants whose accounts are not completely settled.

14. Payments shall be deposited in the ORGANIZER's bank account which will be announced to the exhibitor upon pre-registration and booth type and area confirmation to Exhibitor in written through e-mail and the payment receipt shall be promptly faxed or sent via e-mail to the ORGANIZER.        

15. The original bank payment transfer receipts shall accompany the Registration Application. Participants from outside Iran registering directly with the ORGANIZER in Tehran shall fax in their payment receipt followed by forwarding the original document via DHL or other express mail services. Our Financial Affairs Dept. is only authorized to accept the original receipts.

ماده 3- شرایط پرداخت

9-غرفه داران موظف به پرداخت صد در صد مبلغ قرارداد در زمان تسلیم فرم تقاضای ثبت نام می باشند.

10- شرکت کنندگان که نسبت به تبلیغ و نمایش اقلام در خارج از فضای اختصاص داده شده اقدام نمایند می بایست تاییدیه مکتوب برگزارکننده را از پیش دریافت نموده باشند. برچیدن غرفه و خروج کالا‌ها به مسئولیت غرفه‌دار و نهایتا تا یک روز بعد از پایان نمایشگاه انجام می‌گیرد و در صورت تاخیر در برچیدن کامل غرفه برگزارکننده حق مطالبه روزانه1000یورو را بعنوان وجه التزام دارد. خروج وسایل برچیده شده مستلزم تسویه حساب است .

11- کلیه هزینه‌ها می‌بایست به یورو پرداخت گردد نمایش کالاهای خارجی و پوستر‌ها و پلاکارد‌های محصولات خارجی در غرفه‌های ایرانی ممنوع بوده و در صورت مشاهده چنین تخلفی در اولین مرتبه برگزارکننده حق مطالبه وجه التزام به مبلغ1000یورو از غرفه‌دار را دارد. در صورت ادامه یا تکرار تخلف برگزارکننده حق دارد غرفه را راسا تعطیل نماید.

12- غرفه داران می‌بایست برگزار‌کننده را از مبلغ دقیق پرداختی و تاریخ پرداخت و نام و کد بانک مربوطه با فکس یا ایمیل کردن فیش پرداختی خود مطلع نمایند.

13- برگزار کننده مجاز بهضبط و جلوگیری از خروج کالاهای غرفه‌دارانی خواهد بود که حساب خود را به شکل کامل تسویه ننمایند.

14- کلیه پرداخت‌ها می‌بایست به حساب بانکی برگزار کننده که مشخصات آن پس از انجام پیش ثبت نام و تایید نوع و شماره و متراژ غرفه به غرفه دار اعلام می گردد واریز گردد و فیش و رسید مربوطه سریعاً برای برگزار‌کننده فکس یا ایمیل شود.

15- اصل رسید بانکی می‌بایست به همراه فرم ثبت‌نام غرفه‌داران تسلیم برگزار کننده گردد.

ARTICLE 4 - Exhibiting Items, Promotional Activities, Security

16. In addition to prohibited goods specified in the latest import/export regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, exhibiting of articles such as: ammunition, explosives, narcotics and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

17. Protection and safeguarding of exhibited goods are the responsibility of the EXHIBITORs during visiting hours. The ORGANIZER will accept the responsibility after the working hours for the duration of the exhibition. EXHIBITORs may carry out demonstration on exhibited tools or machineries they have displayed after obtaining the approval of the ORGANIZER. Necessary precautions should be considered when such demonstrations are conducted. In case of any damages, EXHIBITORs are held fully responsible for the repair or replacement costs. Exhibited items at the expo on noncommercial basis may be sold (2 or 3 samples) with prior consultation with Custom's officer.

ماده4- د- اقلام نمایشی، فعالیت‌های پروموشن و ایمنی

16- علاوه بر اقلام و کالاهای ممنوع مطابق با قوانین صادرات و واردات جمهوری اسلامی ایران، نمایش مواردی چون: مواد منفجره، نوشیدنی‌های الکلی و مواد مخدر و روانگردان اکیداً ممنوع می‌باشد.

17- مراقبت و نگهداری کالاهای غرفه داران در طی ساعات بازدید از مسئولیت‌های غرفه‌داران می‌باشد. برگزار کننده صرفاً مسئول مراقبت از اقلام در زمان‌های غیر از ساعات کار نمایشگاه می‌باشد.

غرفه داران جهت ارائه اطلاعات به عموم و نمایش ابزار‌ها و ماشین‌آلات خود می‌بایست تاییدیه برگزار کننده را دریافت نمایند. توضیحات ایمنی ضروری می‌بایست قبل از نمایش ماشین‌آلات به بازدیدکنندگان داده شود. غرفه‌داران در صورت بروز هرگونه خسارت متعاقب مسئول تعمیرات و جایگزینی و عهده‌دار هزینه‌های مربوط می‌باشند. کالاهای نمایشگاهی غیر تجاری می‌توانند با هماهنگی با گمرک نمایشگاه فروخته شوند. ( حداکثر 2 یا 3 نمونه )

ARTICLE 5 - Construction of Pavilions and Stands

18. Minimum pre-constructed and furnished stands are 12 m2 and the minimum indoor not constructed stand is set at 18 m2 and the minimum outdoor stands are set at 30 m2.

19. Pre-constructed stands made available to EXHIBITORs will be equipped with necessary wooden panels, floor coverage, front stand name, and electricity switch, light bulbs, one table and two chairs per 12 m2.

20. Not pre-constructed stands (to be constructed by the EXHIBITOR) will only be allocated the stand ground and providing all construction equipment, decoration and other necessary parts including electrical connections for inside the stands is the responsibility of the EXHIBITORs.

21. EXHIBITORs who chose to erect their stands at their expense shall submit to the Technical Department of the ORGANIZER 3 sets of stand designs and technical drawings in A-3 size sheets in color indicating horizontal and vertical projections and showing required utility points such as telephone, electricity and water at least 20 days before the opening of the expo for approval.

22. Maximum height of stands shall not exceed 3½ meters. Maximum permitted height of the adjacent stand wall of Shabestaan is 3 meters. Stands constructed by the exhibitors should be equipped with fire extinguishers. (since the beginning of the stand construction to the end of the exhibition)

23. In case the exhibitor wanted to construct a second floor for its stand, the plans and designs of the second floor, including the height and materials of construction must be submitted to the organizer at least 20 days before the expo, and the construction can only commence upon obtaining the organizer’s confirmation. Otherwise, if problem arise during the construction, the organizer will not be responsible. Please note that the second story stand must be without ceiling. The fee for the second story stand will be based on 50% of fee per m2 of the main stand area.

24. The ORGANIZER approves the technical drawings within 2 weeks from the date of submission.

25. EXHIBITORs will commence stand construction only after the approval of the ORGANIZER. The ORGANIZER has the right to revise the submitted technical drawings in conformity with technical and public safety codes.

26. The EXHIBITORs are bound to execute the approved drawings. In case of any inconsistency with the stated design and plan during construction, the stand construction will be corrected at the EXHIBITORs’ expense and the EXHIBITOR will have no right for any compensations; otherwise, the Organizer reserves the right to prevent any activities of the Exhibitor in the stand.

27. For EXHIBITORs who chose to construct their own stands, the ORGANIZER’S approval for entering all relative equipment and material into the halls is required.

28. The EXHIBITORs are obliged to remove all their extra materials and empty cases from the expo venue, as otherwise, the ORGANIZER will remove the above mentioned materials at the EXHIBITORs' expense and they will have no right to any compensation.

29.EXHIBITORs are forbidden to inflect any changes or alterations to the building of the fairground without prior approval of the ORGANIZER.

30. EXHIBITORs who chose to construct their own stands can choose one of the preferred suppliers of the ORGANIZER to construct their stands. The duties of approved stand builders are:

  • Construction of stands as per the design approved by the ORGANIZER.
  • Rent out requested items and additional electrical units.
  • To guard against interferences by non-authorized stand builders.
  • To ensure the stand construction is confined to the allocated area.

ماده5 - غرفه‌سازی

18- حداقل فضای پیش‌ساخته برای غرفه استاندارد 12 متر‌مربع می‌باشد و برای سازه از پیش ساخته شده مستر نیز 12 متر مربع می‌باشد و در صورت اجاره فضای خالی جهت غرفه‌سازی حداقل فضا 30 مترمربع‌ می‌باشد.

19- غرفه‌های از پیش ساخته شده استاندارد دارای پنل‌های دیوار‌ها و نام شرکت بر سردر ورودی غرفه، پریز برق، لامپ، یک میز و 2 صندلی به ازای هر 12 متر مربع می‌باشند.

20- برای غرفه‌های از پیش ساخته‌ نشده( فضای خالی که توسط مشتری غرفه سازی می‌شود) تنها زمین جهت غرفه‌سازی تحویل می‌گردد و مسئولیت ساخت و ساز و دکور غرفه و ساخت اتصالات الکتریکی و ... به عهده غرفه دار می‌باشد.

21- غرفه‌دارانی که خودشان می‌خواهند غرفه سازی کنند می‌بایست به هزینه خود این کار را انجام دهند و 3 نسخه کپی طرح‌ها و نقشه‌های فنی خود را در قطع A3 به شکل تمام رنگی افقی و عمودی با علامت‌گذاری دقیق برای برگزار کننده ارسال نموده و تایید آن‌را نهایتاً تا 2 روز قبل از شروع نمایشگاه دریافت نمایند.

22- ارتفاع مجاز هر غرفه نهایتاً 350سانتی‌متر می‌باشد.ارتفاع مجاز غرفه مجاور دیوار شبستان 3 متر می باشد، غرفه خودساز باید مجهز به کپسول اتش نشانی باشد.(از زمان غرفه سازی تا پایان نمایشگاه)

-23 در صورتی‌که درخواست طبقه دوم برای غرفه‌سازی وجود داشته باشد، نقشه و پلان‌های مربوطه می‌بایست به شکل مکتوب با نشان دادن ارتفاع و مصالح مورد استفاده جهت ساخت طبقه دوم غرفه به برگزار کننده ارسال گردد و حداقل 20روز قبل از برگزاری نمایشگاه به تایید برگزار کننده برسد. در صورت عدم تایید برگزار کننده و بروز هر مشکلی در طی ساخت، برگزار کننده مسئولیتی نخواهد داشت. طبقه دوم غرفه‌ها بدون سقف خواهد بود و هزینه طبقه دوم 50% اجاره هر مترمربع فضای اصلی غرفه خواهد بود.

24- برگزار کننده ظرف مدت 2 هفته از تاریخ تسلیم نقشه‌ها اقدام به بررسی و تایید نقشه‌ها می‌نماید.

25- غرفه داران می‌بایست عملیات ساخت غرفه را تنها پس از تایید اولیه برگزار کننده شروع کنند.

26-غرفه‌داران موظف به اجرای نقشه‌های تایید شده هستند و در صورت هرگونه مغایرت با ساخت نقشه اصلی تایید شده، غرفه مربوطه می‌بایست با هزینه غرفه‌دار اصلاح گردد. در غیر این صورت برگزارکننده می تواند از فعالیت غرفه جلوگیری کند.

27- برای غرفه‌دارانی که عملیات غرفه‌سازی دارند و خودشان می‌خواهند غرفه بسازند، تاییدیه برگزار کننده برای ورود تمامی تجهیزات و مواد به سالن‌ها مورد نیاز می‌باشد.

28- غرفه داران می‌بایست نسبت به برچیدن غرفه و خروج تمامی اقلام و مواد از غرفه خود پس از نمایشگاه اقدام نمایند در غیر اینصورت برگزار کننده به هزینه غرفه‌دار خود اقدام به خروج لوازم و اقلام غرفه می‌نماید.

29- غرفه داران اکیدا حق تغییر ساختمان نمایشگاه را بدون تایید برگزار کننده ندارند.

30- غرفه‌دارانی که می‌خواهند خودشان غرفه‌سازی کنند می‌توانند از لیست غرفه‌سازان که توسط برگزار کننده فراهم می‌شود غرفه ساز را انتخاب نمایند. وظایف سازندگان غرفه به شرح ذیل است:

ü  ساخت غرفه‌ها دقیقا مطابق با نقشه‌ها و طرح‌های مورد تایید برگزار کننده.

ü       پرداخت اجاره مربوط به ابزار ها و تجهیزات ساخت و ساز درخواستی و هزینه برق مصرفی

ü       اجازه عدم دخالت افراد غیر مجاز در ساخت غرفه وحصول اطمینان از مطابقت متراژ غرفه ساخته شده با فضای اختصاص داده مجاز

ARTICLE 6 - Electricity

31. ORGANIZER provides the general lighting of the fairground and its surrounding buildings. EXHIBITORs wishing to erect their own stands are responsible for all electrical supplies, switchboards and connections within their own stand and ORGANIZER” has no responsibility in this respect.

32. EXHIBITORs should submit an electrical drawing with other technical drawings at least 45 days before opening of the fair. Commencement of any electrical work should be followed after final approval of electrical drawings.

33. EXHIBITORs must inform the ORGANIZER of any machinery consuming more than 5kw/h at least 45 days before the opening of the expo. Electric power will be supplied according to standards of the expo.

34. Only the official electricians of the Expo Venue are authorized to install the approved electrical connections.

Note: In case of any damage due to malfunction of electrical devices and connections installed by Exhibitor, the Exhibitor shall be responsible for compensation of the damage to Organizer and the third parties according to the decision made by Organizer’s Technical Expert.

خ- برق

31-برگزارکننده سیستم روشنایی کلی نمایشگاه را فراهم می‌نماید.غرفه‌دارانی که می‌خواهند غرفه‌هایشان را با سیستم روشنایی دیگری مجهز کنند، مسئولیت کامل این امر به عهده خود غرفه‌دار خواهد بود و برگزارکننده هیچ مسئولیتی در این مورد ندارد.

32-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست نقشه مدارات و سیم‌کشی های برق غرفه را با طرح‌های دیگر حداقل 45 روز قبل از افتتاح نمایشگاه برای برگزارکننده ارسال کنند نسبت به دریافت تاییدیه نهایی اقدام نمایند.

33-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست برگزار کننده را از هرگونه مصرف برق بالای5kw/hتا 45 روز قبل از نمایشگاه مطلع سازند.انرژی برق مطابق با استاندارد های برق نمایشگاه فراهم می‌گردد.

34-تنها تکنسین‌های برق مورد تایید نمایشگاه هستند که اجازه نصب اتصالات الکتریکی را دارا می‌باشند.

تبصره: در صورت بروز هرگونه حادثه ناشی از تاسیسات الکتریکی ایجادشده توسط غرفه داران ، غرفه دار بایستی خسارات وارده به برگزار کننده و اشخاص ثالث را طبق نظر کارشناس منتخب برگزارکننده جبران نماید.

ARTICLE 7 - Entry  Visas

35. The ORGANIZER will obtain Iranian entry visas for EXHIBITOR’s personnel on request for a fee.

36. The EXHIBITORs should submit the appropriate visa application forms together with applicable fees payment receipts. Photo copy of the applicant's personal data pages of passport should accompany the application form. Any erroneous entry will result in delay.

37. The Entry Visa Form and the Bank Account to receive deposits in this respect will be announced on the website.

ماده7 - ویزای ورودی

35-برگزارکننده اخذ ویزای ورود به ایران را برای پرسنل غرفه‌داران با دریافت هزینه‌های مربوطه به عهده می‌گیرد.

36-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست فرم‌های درخواست ویزا را به همراه رسید پرداخت هزینه‌های مربوطه به برگزارکننده تسلیم نمایند.فتوکپی صفحات اطلاعات شخصی پاسپورت متقاضی ویزا به همراه فرم‌های مربوط می‌بایست ارسال گردد.هرگونه اهمال و خطای متقاضی منجر به تاخیر در اخذ ویزا میگردد.

37-فرم ویزا و شماره حساب مربوطه متعاقبا روی وب‌سایت برگزارکننده قرار می‌گیرد.

ARTICLE 8 - Transportation, Parking Lots and Entrance Passes

38. No vehicle will be allowed to enter the fairground during the opening hours of the fair (Ministers’ and Ambassadors’ vehicles are exceptions).

39. No goods and catering material should be delivered to stands after visiting hours. Parking will not be permitted in the fairground or on the adjacent roads to the expo venue.

40. EXHIBITORs and visitors are requested to use the parking lots provided by the expo venue authorities for a regular fee. EXHIBITORs will receive Identification Cards for their stand personnel and parking lots

41. The EXHIBITORs shall state to the ORGANIZER their full name, position and a passport photo size of their appointed personnel assigned to their stands who will be authorized to contact the ORGNIZER team members on exhibition matters.

42. The ORGNIZER shall issue each of these representatives with an I.D. card with his/her photograph affixed to it. The number of ID cards issued to EXHIBITORs will be according to the table below:

43. Personnel assigned to stands shall display their ID cards during the exhibition working hours.

ARTICLE 9 - Advertisement, Photography & workshops

44. Each EXHIBITOR will be entitled to a free entry in Exhibition Directory which will include the company name, address, telephone, fax number, email and website including a brief description of its main products and services not exceeding 60 words.

45. The EXHIBITORs who wish to distribute printed material, films, etc… in their pavilions during the expo should obtain prior approval of the ORGANIZER.

46. EXHIBITORs are not authorized to advertise their goods on competitive basis with other similar exhibited goods. EXHIBITORs’ banners or signs must be confined within the area of their stands and must not extend into aisles and other common areas.

47. It is prohibited to use loudspeakers before obtaining the written consent of the ORGANIZER provided that their use is confined to the visitors inside the pavilion. These loudspeakers should not produce disturbing sounds to neighboring EXHIBITORs.

48. EXHIBITORs have no right to place mottos, signs or writings inside the expo venue. EXHIBITORs who intend to celebrate their National Days should inform the ORGANIZER.

49. Those wishing to hold workshops in locations specified as workshops (inside the expo venue) should pay the amount shown on relevant invoices to be issued beforehand. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to take photographs or films of any part of the fair for its publication purposes. Photography inside the expo venue is not permitted unless with prior permission of the ORGANIZER.  The time schedule of the workshops shall be confirmed by ORGANIZER to be effective.

ماده8- ز-عبور و مرور، کارت پارکینگ و کارت ورود به نمایشگاه

38-هیچ‌گونه وسیله نقلیه شخصی (به غیر از اتوموبیل سفیران و وزرا) در ساعات بازدید عموم از نمایشگاه نمی‌تواند وارد نمایشگاه گردد.

39-هیچ کالا و غذایی از خارج از نمایشگاه به داخل تحویل داده نشده و مجوز ورود ندارد.

40-غرفه‌داران و بازدیدکنندگان می‌توانند از پارکینگ نمایشگاه با پرداخت هزینه مربوطه استفاده نمایند.غرفه‌داران برای استفاده از پارکینگ کارت پارکینگ دریافت می‌نمایند.

41-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست نام کامل، سمت، عکس پاسپورتی نمایندگان ه که غرفه‌ی خود را به برگزارکننده به‌طور مکتوب اعلام نماید.

42-برگزارکننده می‌بایست برای هر نماینده غرفه، یک کارت شناسایی عکس‌دار صادر نماید.تعداد مجاز کارت شناسایی جهت صدور طبق جدول زیر می‌باشد.

43-پرسنل و نمایندگان غرفه‌داران که کارت شناسایی دریافت می‌کنند موظف به الصاق آن بر روی سمت راست سینه در حین حضور در نمایشگاه می‌باشند.

ماده9 - فعالیت‌های تبلیغاتی، عکاسی و کارگاه‌های اختصاصی

44-هر غرفه‌دار می‌بایست مشخصات شرکت خود را جهت ورود نامش به کتاب نمایشگاه که شامل نام شرکت، آدرس، تلفن، شماره فکس، ایمیل و وبسایت آن می‌باشد و توصیف یکی از محصولات و خدمات مربوطه نهایتا تا 60 کلمه فراهم نماید (ورود به کتاب نمایشگاه مستلزم پرداخت هزینه است) .

45-غرفه‌دارانی که می‌خواهند مفاد چاپی، فیلم و ... را تهیه نمایند، می‌بایست اجازه این کار را از برگزارکننده دریافت کنند.

46-غرفه داران اجازه ندارند اقدام به تبلیغکالای خود به شکل رقابتی با محصولات مشابه نمایش داده شده نمایند. بنرها و علامت‌های غرفه‌داران می‌بایست تنها در محدوده غرفه خودشان نصب شود و در فضای مشا قرار نگیرد.

47-استفاده از بلندگو بدون هماهنگی و تایید برگزارکننده ممنوع می‌باشد مگر آنکه صدا برای غرفه‌های دیگر و بازدیدکنندگان مزاحمت ایجاد ننماید وتنها در غرفه همان غرفه دار شنیده شود.

48-غرفه‌داران حق نصب شعار و پلاکارد را در داخل نمایشگاه ندارند.

49-غرفه‌دارانی که تمایل به برگزاری کارگاه دارند می‌توانند از محل‌های خاص این امر که داخل نمایشگاه تعبیه شده استفاده کنند و با پرداخت هزینه های مربوطه اقدام به رزرو کارگاه نمایند.برگزارکننده حق گرفتن عکس و فیلم را از تمام قسمت‌های نمایشگاه برای امر تبلییغات و انتشارات برای خود محفوظ می‌دارد.

عکاسی داخل نمایشگاه مگر با تایید برگزار کننده امکان نخواهد داشت

برنامه زمانی کارگاه‌ها باید توسط برگزارکننده تایید شده باشد تا موثر گردد.

ARTICLE 10 - Special Services

50. EXHIBITORs will have access to following services and facilities by paying related charges: three-phased power supply, insurance, customs, taxi, post, telegraph, conference halls, duplicating machines, printing, handling facilities (forklifts), internet and international telephones, flowers and plants, restaurants and snack bars.

ماده10- خدمات خاص

50-غرفه داران با پرداخت هزینه‌های مربوطه به موارد ذیل دسترسی خواهند داشت:

برق سه فاز، بیمه، گمرک، تاکسی، کارگاه، ماشین‌های کپی، خدمات پرینت، لیفت‌تراک، تلفن‌های بین‌المللی،گل و رستوران نمایشگاه.

ARTICLE 11 - Insurance, Security & Fire Fighting Services

51. Insurance services will be available at the expo venue with cooperation of an insurance company. Insuring exhibiting goods against fire, explosions and thunderbolts is mandatory. EXHIBITORs are however encouraged to insure their personnel against any risks for the period from the beginning of the stand construction work until the last day of dismantling and leaving the expo venue (approximately 15 days).

EXHIBITORs are responsible for damages resulting from fire, theft, water, etc. to their exhibits, equipment and decoration materials in their pavilion or stand. EXHIBITORs are also responsible for incidents or any injury which might happen to and by their on-duty employees.

52. The ORGANIZER provides guards for patrolling of halls and pavilions during the whole period of the expo. EXHIBITORs will leave the exhibition halls at closing time of the exhibition. However, EXHIBITORs are advised to protect their displays during the visiting hours. The halls will be locked and sealed off after the closing hours.

53. EXHIBITORs are advised to take small exhibiting items including expensive items such as cameras, laptops etc…….with them during closing hours of the exhibition.

54. ORGANIZER will provide a fire fighting station inside the expo venue during the period of the expo. The EXHIBITORs are required to remove all the inflammable materials such as empty cases, packing materials, etc… from their pavilions and stands.

ماده11- بیمه، ایمنی، خدمات آتش‌نشانی

51-خدمات بیمه در نمایشگاه با همکاری شرکت بیمه وجود خواهد داشت. بیمه کردن کالاها در مقابل حوادثی از قبیل آتش و انفجار اجباری می‌باشد. غرفه‌داران اگرچه برای بیمه پرسنل خود نیز تشویق می‌شوند که حضورشان در نمایشگاه از شروع تا پایان 3 روز خواهد بود. غرفه‌داران مسئول خسارات ناشی از آتش، دزدی، آب‌گرفتگی و ... که به اقلام نمایشی و تجهیزات و دکوراسیون ایشان در غرفه‌شان وارد می‌شود خواهند بود. همچنین غرفه‌داران مسئول هرگونه حادثه و آسیب ناشی از پرسنل و کارمندان و مراجعین خود در مدت زمان حضور در نمایشگاه خواهند بود.

52-برگزارکننده مسئولیت نگهبانی و گشت‌زنی سالن‌ها را در کل دوره برگزاری نمایشگاه به عهده دارد.

غرفه‌داران در زمان بسته شدن نمایشگاه موظف به ترک غرفه و خروج از نمایشگاه هستند.

با این وجود، غرفه داران مسئولیت و مراقبت از غرفه‌هایشان را طی ساعات بازدید به‌عهده دارند

سالن پس از ساعت بسته شدن کاملا قفل می‌گردد.

53-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست اشیا قیمتی و قابل حمل خود را همانند لپ‌تاپ، دوربین و... را در ساعات بسته بودن نمایشگاه با خود ببرند.

54-برگزارکننده ایستگاه آتش‌نشانی را در طی نمایشگاه فراهم می‌کند.غرفه‌داران نیز موظف هستند کارتن‌های خالی و مواد آتش‌گیر را از غرفه‌های خود جمع‌آوری نمایند.

ARTICLE 12 - Complaints and Infringement of Rules & Regulations

55. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the city of Tehran and its suburb’s jurisdiction and will be settled according to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Should an EXHIBITOR not observe the Rules and Regulations, the ORGANIZER has the right to stop his/her activity at any time, with no right on the part of the EXHIBITOR to claim for compensation.

ماده12- شکایات

55- هرگونه اختلاف طرفین بر سر توافق صورت گرفته می‌بایست توسط دادگاه‌های تهران و شعبات رسمی آن و تحتقوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران حل و فصل گردد. چنانچه غرفه‌دارانی از اجرای قوانین‌ و ‌مقررات سر‌باز زند، برگزارکننده حق متوقف نمودن کار غرفه‌دار را در هر زمان به تشخیص خود خواهد داشت و غرفه‌دار حق هیچ‌گونه ادعای خسارتی را نخواهد داشت.

ARTICLE 13 - Vacating Exhibition Space

56. EXHIBITORs are requested to vacate allocated pavilions and stands, remove exhibits, decoration material and other installations and return the stands to the ORGANIZER in its original form within 24 hours after the closing of the expo; upon reaching the deadline and in case the exhibitor didn’t abide by this article, the ORGANIZER will remove any remaining stand items, at the expense of the EXHIBITORs.

57. EXHIBITORs failing to do so are responsible in case of any damages to their exhibited goods. Imported goods should be transferred to the Customs Warehouse immediately following the closing of the expo, where they will be subject to Customs regulations.

58. EXHIBITORs failing to remove their exhibited goods, decoration materials and etc. out of the expo venue will be subject to related storage and compensation charges in accordance with the tariffs of the ORGANIZER.

59. The ORGANIZER takes no responsibility for the exhibited goods or other items that are left behind.

ماده13- تخلیه فضای نمایشگاه

56-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست نسبت به تخلیه فضاهای تخصیص یافته غرفه خود و برچیدن اقلام و مواد از غرفه و خروج آن از نمایشگاه اقدام نمایند و غرفه خالی را ظرف مدت 24 ساعت بعد از پایان نمایشگاه به برگزارکننده تحویل دهند.

57-غرفه دارانی که نتوانند غرفه خود را به موقع تخلیه کنند، مسئول هرگونه خسارت و آسیب به محصولات خود می‌باشند. کالاهای وارد شده می‌بایست به سرعت و پس از پایان نمایشگاه به گمرک نمایشگاه منتقل شود.

58-غرفه‌دارانی که نتوانند اقلام نمایشی و مواد و دکوراسیون خود را از نمایشگاه خارج نمایند می‌بایست هزینه‌های تعرفه‌های گمرکی و انبارداری را پرداخت نمایند.

59-برگزارگننده هیچ مسئولیتی را در قبال کالاهایی از غرفه‌دار که پس از اتمام نمایشگاه در زمان مربوطه از نمایشگاه خارج نشده و در نمایشگاه جا می‌ماند عهده دار نمی‌باشد.

ARTICLE 14 - Customs Control - Important Exhibition Items

(Import / Export of Exhibiting Items)

61. Full personal particular(s) of person(s) who will take delivery of the goods from the inside of the FAIRGROUND's Customs Office on the date of handing over the stand by the ORGANIZER shall be legibly written on the parcel as well as on importing documents.

62. EXHIBITORs are urged to ensure that a complete list of their affiliated companies and branches their countries of origin from which they will import exhibiting items is submitted to the ORGANIZER at the time of registration.

63. The ORGANIZER will submit a listing of registered EXHIBITORs to the CUSTOMS section of Permanent International Fair for coordination with the FAIR'S CUSTOMS OFFICER. A well-recognized FORWARDER will be announced through IRANPHARMAEXPO 2017 website: www.iranpharmaexpo.com, to assist EXHIBITORs who plan to import exhibiting items. There are numerous others who are equally qualified forwarders for such services who can be selected by EXHIBITORs through their representatives in Iran or abroad.

61-مشخصات کامل شخصی که باید کالاهای مورد نظر را در گمرک نمایشگاه تحویل بگیرد باید در روز تحویل غرفه به شکل مکتوب به برگزارکننده توسط غرفه‌دار اعلام گردد و روی بسته ها نیز درج شده باشد به همراه اسناد و رود کالا

62-غرفه داران می بایست لیست کاملی از شرکتها و شعب تابعه و وابسته ی خود در کشورهای مختلف و کشور مبدا که از آن اقدام به واردات اقلام شده است به برگزارکننده در زمان ثبت نام تسلیم نمایند.

63-برگزارکننده لیست غرفه‌داران را به گمرک نمایشگاه برای هماهنگی تحویل می دهد.برگزار کننده همچنین اطلاعات فورواردی معتبر را روی سایت ایرانفارما2017 www.iranpharmaexpo.comجهت یاری غرفه داران خارجی اعلام می‌نماید.همچنین تعداد زیادی فورواردر هستند که غرفه‌داران می‌توانند از آنها نیز به خواست و تشخیص خودشان جهت انتقال کالای خود به ایران استفاده نمایند.

ARTICLE 15 -Table of Penalties

NOTICE: Exhibiting companies, with prior approval of the officials of Construction, Electricity and other organizations may personally pay for the related damages (maximum 48 hours after the closing date of the exhibition) but the applicable penalty rates (40% of the above amounts) will be payable. Penalty for damages not covered here above will be decided upon individually.

ARTICLE 2 - Submission of Application Forms  and number of Participating Companies in Individual Stands

1. Application forms should be submitted to ORGANIZER.

2. The ORGANIZER reserves the right for acceptance or rejection of applications.

3. Space allocation and positioning of EXHIBITORs are solely the responsibility of the ORGANIZER.

4. EXHIBITORs are not allowed to sublet or share with others the space allocated to them.

5. Minimum individual stand areas for each stand are set at 12m2 for indoor and 30 m2 for outdoor stands. Only one participant (plus his agent if any) is allowed to exhibit in a 12 m2 indoor and a 30 m2 out door stand, but the EXHIBITOR's name to be displayed on the stand fascia is limited to one company.

6. EXHIBITORs exceeding their allocated space (their originally requested space in the application form) are subject to settle their accounts based on completion of a new application form indicating the revised space.

7. EXHIBITORs shall submit the ORGANIZER a separate listing of its exhibiting items along with the Registration form. This listing will be used as a PERMIT for the items to leave the FAIRGROUND when countersigned by the ORGANIZER’s representative. The raw form will be submitted to the EXHIBITOR by ORGANIZER.

8. The ORGANIZER has the right to relocate the area or the site allocated to any EXHIBITOR with prior notice.

ماده 2- - تسلیم فرم های درخواست غرفه و تعداد شرکتهای مجاز در هرغرفه

1-متقاضیان اجاره غرفه می بایست فرم درخواست و ثبت نام را به برگزار کننده تسلیم نمایند.

2-برگزار کننده در قبول یا رد تقاضاها مختار است.

3-تخصیص فضا و جانمایی غرفه داران ........و صرفا از اختیارات برگزار کننده می باشد

4-غرفه داران اجازه واگذاری غرفه یا شرکت ثالثی را در غرفه واگذار شده ندارند.

5- حداقل فضای غرفه استاندارد 12 متر و برای غرفه دارانی که فضای خالی را اجاره می کنند تا خودشان غرفه سازی کنند 30 متر مربع می باشد . در هر غرفه تنها یک شرکت می تواند نمایش دهد و تنها نام یک شرکت روی کتیبه بالای غرفه نمایش داده می شود.

6-غرفه دارانی که نیاز به فضای بیشتری نسبت به فضای اولیه دارند ( مساحتی که ابتدا در فرم تقاضا درخواست آنرا داده اند ) می بایست فرم جدیدی را تکمیل نمایند که شامل مساحت جدید درخواست باشد.

7- غرفه داران می بایست لیست اقلام نمایشی برای شرکت در نمایشگاه را با فرم ثبت نام به برگزار کننده تسلیم نمایند . این لیست عنوان مجوزی برای اقلامی که بعدا از نمایشگاه خارج می گردد با امضای نماینده برگزار کننده مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد . فرم خام مربوطه توسط برگزار کننده به غرفه دار تسلیم خواهد شد.

8- برگزار کننده می تواند به اختیار خود فضای اختصاص داده شده به هر غرفه داری را با یک اعلامیه تغییر دهد.

ARTICLE 3 - Terms of Payment

9. EXHIBITORs are subject to payment of 100% of fees upon submission of their application forms and in accordance with respective deadlines.

10. Participants exhibiting or advertising outside their allocated space must have prior approval of the ORGANIZER. Repackaging and removing of the goods of the EXHIBITORs will begin the day following closing date of the exhibition and in case of Exhibitor’s delay in stand removal, the Exhibitor commits to pay an amount of 1000 Euro per day to Organizer as delay penalty. (refer to 3.13)

11. All fees are payable in Euro. Displaying foreign products, Posters etc… in Iranian stands paid in IRRs is prohibited. The EXHIBITORs in such cases are obligated to pay the International fees. In case of such penalties, the Exhibitor shall pay the fine of 1000 Euro for the first trespassing; and in case of repetition, for the second time, the Organizer reserves the right to prevent any Exhibitor to continue its activities in the stand.

12. EXHIBITORs are requested to inform the ORGANIZER of the exact amount and the date of their payments and the bank name through which the payment is made by transmitting the payment receipt.

13. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to hold the exhibited goods of those participants whose accounts are not completely settled.

14. Payments shall be deposited in the ORGANIZER's bank account which will be announced to the exhibitor upon pre-registration and booth type and area confirmation to Exhibitor in written through e-mail and the payment receipt shall be promptly faxed or sent via e-mail to the ORGANIZER.        

15. The original bank payment transfer receipts shall accompany the Registration Application. Participants from outside Iran registering directly with the ORGANIZER in Tehran shall fax in their payment receipt followed by forwarding the original document via DHL or other express mail services. Our Financial Affairs Dept. is only authorized to accept the original receipts.

ماده 3- شرایط پرداخت

9-غرفه داران موظف به پرداخت صد در صد مبلغ قرارداد در زمان تسلیم فرم تقاضای ثبت نام می باشند.

10- شرکت کنندگان که نسبت به تبلیغ و نمایش اقلام در خارج از فضای اختصاص داده شده اقدام نمایند می بایست تاییدیه مکتوب برگزارکننده را از پیش دریافت نموده باشند. برچیدن غرفه و خروج کالا‌ها به مسئولیت غرفه‌دار و نهایتا تا یک روز بعد از پایان نمایشگاه انجام می‌گیرد و در صورت تاخیر در برچیدن کامل غرفه برگزارکننده حق مطالبه روزانه1000یورو را بعنوان وجه التزام دارد. خروج وسایل برچیده شده مستلزم تسویه حساب است .

11- کلیه هزینه‌ها می‌بایست به یورو پرداخت گردد نمایش کالاهای خارجی و پوستر‌ها و پلاکارد‌های محصولات خارجی در غرفه‌های ایرانی ممنوع بوده و در صورت مشاهده چنین تخلفی در اولین مرتبه برگزارکننده حق مطالبه وجه التزام به مبلغ1000یورو از غرفه‌دار را دارد. در صورت ادامه یا تکرار تخلف برگزارکننده حق دارد غرفه را راسا تعطیل نماید.

12- غرفه داران می‌بایست برگزار‌کننده را از مبلغ دقیق پرداختی و تاریخ پرداخت و نام و کد بانک مربوطه با فکس یا ایمیل کردن فیش پرداختی خود مطلع نمایند.

13- برگزار کننده مجاز بهضبط و جلوگیری از خروج کالاهای غرفه‌دارانی خواهد بود که حساب خود را به شکل کامل تسویه ننمایند.

14- کلیه پرداخت‌ها می‌بایست به حساب بانکی برگزار کننده که مشخصات آن پس از انجام پیش ثبت نام و تایید نوع و شماره و متراژ غرفه به غرفه دار اعلام می گردد واریز گردد و فیش و رسید مربوطه سریعاً برای برگزار‌کننده فکس یا ایمیل شود.

15- اصل رسید بانکی می‌بایست به همراه فرم ثبت‌نام غرفه‌داران تسلیم برگزار کننده گردد.

ARTICLE 4 - Exhibiting Items, Promotional Activities, Security

16. In addition to prohibited goods specified in the latest import/export regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, exhibiting of articles such as: ammunition, explosives, narcotics and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

17. Protection and safeguarding of exhibited goods are the responsibility of the EXHIBITORs during visiting hours. The ORGANIZER will accept the responsibility after the working hours for the duration of the exhibition. EXHIBITORs may carry out demonstration on exhibited tools or machineries they have displayed after obtaining the approval of the ORGANIZER. Necessary precautions should be considered when such demonstrations are conducted. In case of any damages, EXHIBITORs are held fully responsible for the repair or replacement costs. Exhibited items at the expo on noncommercial basis may be sold (2 or 3 samples) with prior consultation with Custom's officer.

ماده4- د- اقلام نمایشی، فعالیت‌های پروموشن و ایمنی

16- علاوه بر اقلام و کالاهای ممنوع مطابق با قوانین صادرات و واردات جمهوری اسلامی ایران، نمایش مواردی چون: مواد منفجره، نوشیدنی‌های الکلی و مواد مخدر و روانگردان اکیداً ممنوع می‌باشد.

17- مراقبت و نگهداری کالاهای غرفه داران در طی ساعات بازدید از مسئولیت‌های غرفه‌داران می‌باشد. برگزار کننده صرفاً مسئول مراقبت از اقلام در زمان‌های غیر از ساعات کار نمایشگاه می‌باشد.

غرفه داران جهت ارائه اطلاعات به عموم و نمایش ابزار‌ها و ماشین‌آلات خود می‌بایست تاییدیه برگزار کننده را دریافت نمایند. توضیحات ایمنی ضروری می‌بایست قبل از نمایش ماشین‌آلات به بازدیدکنندگان داده شود. غرفه‌داران در صورت بروز هرگونه خسارت متعاقب مسئول تعمیرات و جایگزینی و عهده‌دار هزینه‌های مربوط می‌باشند. کالاهای نمایشگاهی غیر تجاری می‌توانند با هماهنگی با گمرک نمایشگاه فروخته شوند. ( حداکثر 2 یا 3 نمونه )

ARTICLE 5 - Construction of Pavilions and Stands

18. Minimum pre-constructed and furnished stands are 12 m2 and the minimum indoor not constructed stand is set at 18 m2 and the minimum outdoor stands are set at 30 m2.

19. Pre-constructed stands made available to EXHIBITORs will be equipped with necessary wooden panels, floor coverage, front stand name, and electricity switch, light bulbs, one table and two chairs per 12 m2.

20. Not pre-constructed stands (to be constructed by the EXHIBITOR) will only be allocated the stand ground and providing all construction equipment, decoration and other necessary parts including electrical connections for inside the stands is the responsibility of the EXHIBITORs.

21. EXHIBITORs who chose to erect their stands at their expense shall submit to the Technical Department of the ORGANIZER 3 sets of stand designs and technical drawings in A-3 size sheets in color indicating horizontal and vertical projections and showing required utility points such as telephone, electricity and water at least 20 days before the opening of the expo for approval.

22. Maximum height of stands shall not exceed 3½ meters. Maximum permitted height of the adjacent stand wall of Shabestaan is 3 meters. Stands constructed by the exhibitors should be equipped with fire extinguishers. (since the beginning of the stand construction to the end of the exhibition)

23. In case the exhibitor wanted to construct a second floor for its stand, the plans and designs of the second floor, including the height and materials of construction must be submitted to the organizer at least 20 days before the expo, and the construction can only commence upon obtaining the organizer’s confirmation. Otherwise, if problem arise during the construction, the organizer will not be responsible. Please note that the second story stand must be without ceiling. The fee for the second story stand will be based on 50% of fee per m2 of the main stand area.

24. The ORGANIZER approves the technical drawings within 2 weeks from the date of submission.

25. EXHIBITORs will commence stand construction only after the approval of the ORGANIZER. The ORGANIZER has the right to revise the submitted technical drawings in conformity with technical and public safety codes.

26. The EXHIBITORs are bound to execute the approved drawings. In case of any inconsistency with the stated design and plan during construction, the stand construction will be corrected at the EXHIBITORs’ expense and the EXHIBITOR will have no right for any compensations; otherwise, the Organizer reserves the right to prevent any activities of the Exhibitor in the stand.

27. For EXHIBITORs who chose to construct their own stands, the ORGANIZER’S approval for entering all relative equipment and material into the halls is required.

28. The EXHIBITORs are obliged to remove all their extra materials and empty cases from the expo venue, as otherwise, the ORGANIZER will remove the above mentioned materials at the EXHIBITORs' expense and they will have no right to any compensation.

29.EXHIBITORs are forbidden to inflect any changes or alterations to the building of the fairground without prior approval of the ORGANIZER.

30. EXHIBITORs who chose to construct their own stands can choose one of the preferred suppliers of the ORGANIZER to construct their stands. The duties of approved stand builders are:

  • Construction of stands as per the design approved by the ORGANIZER.
  • Rent out requested items and additional electrical units.
  • To guard against interferences by non-authorized stand builders.
  • To ensure the stand construction is confined to the allocated area.

ماده5 - غرفه‌سازی

18- حداقل فضای پیش‌ساخته برای غرفه استاندارد 12 متر‌مربع می‌باشد و برای سازه از پیش ساخته شده مستر نیز 12 متر مربع می‌باشد و در صورت اجاره فضای خالی جهت غرفه‌سازی حداقل فضا 30 مترمربع‌ می‌باشد.

19- غرفه‌های از پیش ساخته شده استاندارد دارای پنل‌های دیوار‌ها و نام شرکت بر سردر ورودی غرفه، پریز برق، لامپ، یک میز و 2 صندلی به ازای هر 12 متر مربع می‌باشند.

20- برای غرفه‌های از پیش ساخته‌ نشده( فضای خالی که توسط مشتری غرفه سازی می‌شود) تنها زمین جهت غرفه‌سازی تحویل می‌گردد و مسئولیت ساخت و ساز و دکور غرفه و ساخت اتصالات الکتریکی و ... به عهده غرفه دار می‌باشد.

21- غرفه‌دارانی که خودشان می‌خواهند غرفه سازی کنند می‌بایست به هزینه خود این کار را انجام دهند و 3 نسخه کپی طرح‌ها و نقشه‌های فنی خود را در قطع A3 به شکل تمام رنگی افقی و عمودی با علامت‌گذاری دقیق برای برگزار کننده ارسال نموده و تایید آن‌را نهایتاً تا 2 روز قبل از شروع نمایشگاه دریافت نمایند.

22- ارتفاع مجاز هر غرفه نهایتاً 350سانتی‌متر می‌باشد.ارتفاع مجاز غرفه مجاور دیوار شبستان 3 متر می باشد، غرفه خودساز باید مجهز به کپسول اتش نشانی باشد.(از زمان غرفه سازی تا پایان نمایشگاه)

-23 در صورتی‌که درخواست طبقه دوم برای غرفه‌سازی وجود داشته باشد، نقشه و پلان‌های مربوطه می‌بایست به شکل مکتوب با نشان دادن ارتفاع و مصالح مورد استفاده جهت ساخت طبقه دوم غرفه به برگزار کننده ارسال گردد و حداقل 20روز قبل از برگزاری نمایشگاه به تایید برگزار کننده برسد. در صورت عدم تایید برگزار کننده و بروز هر مشکلی در طی ساخت، برگزار کننده مسئولیتی نخواهد داشت. طبقه دوم غرفه‌ها بدون سقف خواهد بود و هزینه طبقه دوم 50% اجاره هر مترمربع فضای اصلی غرفه خواهد بود.

24- برگزار کننده ظرف مدت 2 هفته از تاریخ تسلیم نقشه‌ها اقدام به بررسی و تایید نقشه‌ها می‌نماید.

25- غرفه داران می‌بایست عملیات ساخت غرفه را تنها پس از تایید اولیه برگزار کننده شروع کنند.

26-غرفه‌داران موظف به اجرای نقشه‌های تایید شده هستند و در صورت هرگونه مغایرت با ساخت نقشه اصلی تایید شده، غرفه مربوطه می‌بایست با هزینه غرفه‌دار اصلاح گردد. در غیر این صورت برگزارکننده می تواند از فعالیت غرفه جلوگیری کند.

27- برای غرفه‌دارانی که عملیات غرفه‌سازی دارند و خودشان می‌خواهند غرفه بسازند، تاییدیه برگزار کننده برای ورود تمامی تجهیزات و مواد به سالن‌ها مورد نیاز می‌باشد.

28- غرفه داران می‌بایست نسبت به برچیدن غرفه و خروج تمامی اقلام و مواد از غرفه خود پس از نمایشگاه اقدام نمایند در غیر اینصورت برگزار کننده به هزینه غرفه‌دار خود اقدام به خروج لوازم و اقلام غرفه می‌نماید.

29- غرفه داران اکیدا حق تغییر ساختمان نمایشگاه را بدون تایید برگزار کننده ندارند.

30- غرفه‌دارانی که می‌خواهند خودشان غرفه‌سازی کنند می‌توانند از لیست غرفه‌سازان که توسط برگزار کننده فراهم می‌شود غرفه ساز را انتخاب نمایند. وظایف سازندگان غرفه به شرح ذیل است:

ü  ساخت غرفه‌ها دقیقا مطابق با نقشه‌ها و طرح‌های مورد تایید برگزار کننده.

ü       پرداخت اجاره مربوط به ابزار ها و تجهیزات ساخت و ساز درخواستی و هزینه برق مصرفی

ü       اجازه عدم دخالت افراد غیر مجاز در ساخت غرفه وحصول اطمینان از مطابقت متراژ غرفه ساخته شده با فضای اختصاص داده مجاز

ARTICLE 6 - Electricity

31. ORGANIZER provides the general lighting of the fairground and its surrounding buildings. EXHIBITORs wishing to erect their own stands are responsible for all electrical supplies, switchboards and connections within their own stand and ORGANIZER” has no responsibility in this respect.

32. EXHIBITORs should submit an electrical drawing with other technical drawings at least 45 days before opening of the fair. Commencement of any electrical work should be followed after final approval of electrical drawings.

33. EXHIBITORs must inform the ORGANIZER of any machinery consuming more than 5kw/h at least 45 days before the opening of the expo. Electric power will be supplied according to standards of the expo.

34. Only the official electricians of the Expo Venue are authorized to install the approved electrical connections.

Note: In case of any damage due to malfunction of electrical devices and connections installed by Exhibitor, the Exhibitor shall be responsible for compensation of the damage to Organizer and the third parties according to the decision made by Organizer’s Technical Expert.

31-برگزارکننده سیستم روشنایی کلی نمایشگاه را فراهم می‌نماید.غرفه‌دارانی که می‌خواهند غرفه‌هایشان را با سیستم روشنایی دیگری مجهز کنند، مسئولیت کامل این امر به عهده خود غرفه‌دار خواهد بود و برگزارکننده هیچ مسئولیتی در این مورد ندارد.

32-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست نقشه مدارات و سیم‌کشی های برق غرفه را با طرح‌های دیگر حداقل 45 روز قبل از افتتاح نمایشگاه برای برگزارکننده ارسال کنند نسبت به دریافت تاییدیه نهایی اقدام نمایند.

33-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست برگزار کننده را از هرگونه مصرف برق بالای5kw/hتا 45 روز قبل از نمایشگاه مطلع سازند.انرژی برق مطابق با استاندارد های برق نمایشگاه فراهم می‌گردد.

34-تنها تکنسین‌های برق مورد تایید نمایشگاه هستند که اجازه نصب اتصالات الکتریکی را دارا می‌باشند.

تبصره: در صورت بروز هرگونه حادثه ناشی از تاسیسات الکتریکی ایجادشده توسط غرفه داران ، غرفه دار بایستی خسارات وارده به برگزار کننده و اشخاص ثالث را طبق نظر کارشناس منتخب برگزارکننده جبران نماید.

ARTICLE 7 - Entry  Visas

35. The ORGANIZER will obtain Iranian entry visas for EXHIBITOR’s personnel on request for a fee.

36. The EXHIBITORs should submit the appropriate visa application forms together with applicable fees payment receipts. Photo copy of the applicant's personal data pages of passport should accompany the application form. Any erroneous entry will result in delay.

37. The Entry Visa Form and the Bank Account to receive deposits in this respect will be announced on the website.

ماده7 - ویزای ورودی

35-برگزارکننده اخذ ویزای ورود به ایران را برای پرسنل غرفه‌داران با دریافت هزینه‌های مربوطه به عهده می‌گیرد.

36-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست فرم‌های درخواست ویزا را به همراه رسید پرداخت هزینه‌های مربوطه به برگزارکننده تسلیم نمایند.فتوکپی صفحات اطلاعات شخصی پاسپورت متقاضی ویزا به همراه فرم‌های مربوط می‌بایست ارسال گردد.هرگونه اهمال و خطای متقاضی منجر به تاخیر در اخذ ویزا میگردد.

37-فرم ویزا و شماره حساب مربوطه متعاقبا روی وب‌سایت برگزارکننده قرار می‌گیرد.

ARTICLE 8 - Transportation, Parking Lots and Entrance Passes

38. No vehicle will be allowed to enter the fairground during the opening hours of the fair (Ministers’ and Ambassadors’ vehicles are exceptions).

39. No goods and catering material should be delivered to stands after visiting hours. Parking will not be permitted in the fairground or on the adjacent roads to the expo venue.

40. EXHIBITORs and visitors are requested to use the parking lots provided by the expo venue authorities for a regular fee. EXHIBITORs will receive Identification Cards for their stand personnel and parking lots

41. The EXHIBITORs shall state to the ORGANIZER their full name, position and a passport photo size of their appointed personnel assigned to their stands who will be authorized to contact the ORGNIZER team members on exhibition matters.

42. The ORGNIZER shall issue each of these representatives with an I.D. card with his/her photograph affixed to it. The number of ID cards issued to EXHIBITORs will be according to the table below:

43. Personnel assigned to stands shall display their ID cards during the exhibition working hours.

ARTICLE 9 - Advertisement, Photography & workshops

44. Each EXHIBITOR will be entitled to a free entry in Exhibition Directory which will include the company name, address, telephone, fax number, email and website including a brief description of its main products and services not exceeding 60 words.

45. The EXHIBITORs who wish to distribute printed material, films, etc… in their pavilions during the expo should obtain prior approval of the ORGANIZER.

46. EXHIBITORs are not authorized to advertise their goods on competitive basis with other similar exhibited goods. EXHIBITORs’ banners or signs must be confined within the area of their stands and must not extend into aisles and other common areas.

47. It is prohibited to use loudspeakers before obtaining the written consent of the ORGANIZER provided that their use is confined to the visitors inside the pavilion. These loudspeakers should not produce disturbing sounds to neighboring EXHIBITORs.

48. EXHIBITORs have no right to place mottos, signs or writings inside the expo venue. EXHIBITORs who intend to celebrate their National Days should inform the ORGANIZER.

49. Those wishing to hold workshops in locations specified as workshops (inside the expo venue) should pay the amount shown on relevant invoices to be issued beforehand. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to take photographs or films of any part of the fair for its publication purposes. Photography inside the expo venue is not permitted unless with prior permission of the ORGANIZER.  The time schedule of the workshops shall be confirmed by ORGANIZER to be effective.

ماده8- ز-عبور و مرور، کارت پارکینگ و کارت ورود به نمایشگاه

38-هیچ‌گونه وسیله نقلیه شخصی (به غیر از اتوموبیل سفیران و وزرا) در ساعات بازدید عموم از نمایشگاه نمی‌تواند وارد نمایشگاه گردد.

39-هیچ کالا و غذایی از خارج از نمایشگاه به داخل تحویل داده نشده و مجوز ورود ندارد.

40-غرفه‌داران و بازدیدکنندگان می‌توانند از پارکینگ نمایشگاه با پرداخت هزینه مربوطه استفاده نمایند.غرفه‌داران برای استفاده از پارکینگ کارت پارکینگ دریافت می‌نمایند.

41-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست نام کامل، سمت، عکس پاسپورتی نمایندگان ه که غرفه‌ی خود را به برگزارکننده به‌طور مکتوب اعلام نماید.

42-برگزارکننده می‌بایست برای هر نماینده غرفه، یک کارت شناسایی عکس‌دار صادر نماید.تعداد مجاز کارت شناسایی جهت صدور طبق جدول زیر می‌باشد.

43-پرسنل و نمایندگان غرفه‌داران که کارت شناسایی دریافت می‌کنند موظف به الصاق آن بر روی سمت راست سینه در حین حضور در نمایشگاه می‌باشند.

ماده9 - فعالیت‌های تبلیغاتی، عکاسی و کارگاه‌های اختصاصی

44-هر غرفه‌دار می‌بایست مشخصات شرکت خود را جهت ورود نامش به کتاب نمایشگاه که شامل نام شرکت، آدرس، تلفن، شماره فکس، ایمیل و وبسایت آن می‌باشد و توصیف یکی از محصولات و خدمات مربوطه نهایتا تا 60 کلمه فراهم نماید (ورود به کتاب نمایشگاه مستلزم پرداخت هزینه است) .

45-غرفه‌دارانی که می‌خواهند مفاد چاپی، فیلم و ... را تهیه نمایند، می‌بایست اجازه این کار را از برگزارکننده دریافت کنند.

46-غرفه داران اجازه ندارند اقدام به تبلیغکالای خود به شکل رقابتی با محصولات مشابه نمایش داده شده نمایند. بنرها و علامت‌های غرفه‌داران می‌بایست تنها در محدوده غرفه خودشان نصب شود و در فضای مشا قرار نگیرد.

47-استفاده از بلندگو بدون هماهنگی و تایید برگزارکننده ممنوع می‌باشد مگر آنکه صدا برای غرفه‌های دیگر و بازدیدکنندگان مزاحمت ایجاد ننماید وتنها در غرفه همان غرفه دار شنیده شود.

48-غرفه‌داران حق نصب شعار و پلاکارد را در داخل نمایشگاه ندارند.

49-غرفه‌دارانی که تمایل به برگزاری کارگاه دارند می‌توانند از محل‌های خاص این امر که داخل نمایشگاه تعبیه شده استفاده کنند و با پرداخت هزینه های مربوطه اقدام به رزرو کارگاه نمایند.برگزارکننده حق گرفتن عکس و فیلم را از تمام قسمت‌های نمایشگاه برای امر تبلییغات و انتشارات برای خود محفوظ می‌دارد.

عکاسی داخل نمایشگاه مگر با تایید برگزار کننده امکان نخواهد داشت

برنامه زمانی کارگاه‌ها باید توسط برگزارکننده تایید شده باشد تا موثر گردد.

ARTICLE 10 - Special Services

50. EXHIBITORs will have access to following services and facilities by paying related charges: three-phased power supply, insurance, customs, taxi, post, telegraph, conference halls, duplicating machines, printing, handling facilities (forklifts), internet and international telephones, flowers and plants, restaurants and snack bars.

ماده10- خدمات خاص

50-غرفه داران با پرداخت هزینه‌های مربوطه به موارد ذیل دسترسی خواهند داشت:

برق سه فاز، بیمه، گمرک، تاکسی، کارگاه، ماشین‌های کپی، خدمات پرینت، لیفت‌تراک، تلفن‌های بین‌المللی،گل و رستوران نمایشگاه.

ARTICLE 11 - Insurance, Security & Fire Fighting Services

51. Insurance services will be available at the expo venue with cooperation of an insurance company. Insuring exhibiting goods against fire, explosions and thunderbolts is mandatory. EXHIBITORs are however encouraged to insure their personnel against any risks for the period from the beginning of the stand construction work until the last day of dismantling and leaving the expo venue (approximately 15 days).

EXHIBITORs are responsible for damages resulting from fire, theft, water, etc. to their exhibits, equipment and decoration materials in their pavilion or stand. EXHIBITORs are also responsible for incidents or any injury which might happen to and by their on-duty employees.

52. The ORGANIZER provides guards for patrolling of halls and pavilions during the whole period of the expo. EXHIBITORs will leave the exhibition halls at closing time of the exhibition. However, EXHIBITORs are advised to protect their displays during the visiting hours. The halls will be locked and sealed off after the closing hours.

53. EXHIBITORs are advised to take small exhibiting items including expensive items such as cameras, laptops etc…….with them during closing hours of the exhibition.

54. ORGANIZER will provide a fire fighting station inside the expo venue during the period of the expo. The EXHIBITORs are required to remove all the inflammable materials such as empty cases, packing materials, etc… from their pavilions and stands.

ماده11- بیمه، ایمنی، خدمات آتش‌نشانی

51-خدمات بیمه در نمایشگاه با همکاری شرکت بیمه وجود خواهد داشت. بیمه کردن کالاها در مقابل حوادثی از قبیل آتش و انفجار اجباری می‌باشد. غرفه‌داران اگرچه برای بیمه پرسنل خود نیز تشویق می‌شوند که حضورشان در نمایشگاه از شروع تا پایان 3 روز خواهد بود. غرفه‌داران مسئول خسارات ناشی از آتش، دزدی، آب‌گرفتگی و ... که به اقلام نمایشی و تجهیزات و دکوراسیون ایشان در غرفه‌شان وارد می‌شود خواهند بود. همچنین غرفه‌داران مسئول هرگونه حادثه و آسیب ناشی از پرسنل و کارمندان و مراجعین خود در مدت زمان حضور در نمایشگاه خواهند بود.

52-برگزارکننده مسئولیت نگهبانی و گشت‌زنی سالن‌ها را در کل دوره برگزاری نمایشگاه به عهده دارد.

غرفه‌داران در زمان بسته شدن نمایشگاه موظف به ترک غرفه و خروج از نمایشگاه هستند.

با این وجود، غرفه داران مسئولیت و مراقبت از غرفه‌هایشان را طی ساعات بازدید به‌عهده دارند

سالن پس از ساعت بسته شدن کاملا قفل می‌گردد.

53-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست اشیا قیمتی و قابل حمل خود را همانند لپ‌تاپ، دوربین و... را در ساعات بسته بودن نمایشگاه با خود ببرند.

54-برگزارکننده ایستگاه آتش‌نشانی را در طی نمایشگاه فراهم می‌کند.غرفه‌داران نیز موظف هستند کارتن‌های خالی و مواد آتش‌گیر را از غرفه‌های خود جمع‌آوری نمایند.

ARTICLE 12 - Complaints and Infringement of Rules & Regulations

55. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the city of Tehran and its suburb’s jurisdiction and will be settled according to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Should an EXHIBITOR not observe the Rules and Regulations, the ORGANIZER has the right to stop his/her activity at any time, with no right on the part of the EXHIBITOR to claim for compensation.

ماده12- شکایات

55- هرگونه اختلاف طرفین بر سر توافق صورت گرفته می‌بایست توسط دادگاه‌های تهران و شعبات رسمی آن و تحتقوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران حل و فصل گردد. چنانچه غرفه‌دارانی از اجرای قوانین‌ و ‌مقررات سر‌باز زند، برگزارکننده حق متوقف نمودن کار غرفه‌دار را در هر زمان به تشخیص خود خواهد داشت و غرفه‌دار حق هیچ‌گونه ادعای خسارتی را نخواهد داشت.

ARTICLE 13 - Vacating Exhibition Space

56. EXHIBITORs are requested to vacate allocated pavilions and stands, remove exhibits, decoration material and other installations and return the stands to the ORGANIZER in its original form within 24 hours after the closing of the expo; upon reaching the deadline and in case the exhibitor didn’t abide by this article, the ORGANIZER will remove any remaining stand items, at the expense of the EXHIBITORs.

57. EXHIBITORs failing to do so are responsible in case of any damages to their exhibited goods. Imported goods should be transferred to the Customs Warehouse immediately following the closing of the expo, where they will be subject to Customs regulations.

58. EXHIBITORs failing to remove their exhibited goods, decoration materials and etc. out of the expo venue will be subject to related storage and compensation charges in accordance with the tariffs of the ORGANIZER.

59. The ORGANIZER takes no responsibility for the exhibited goods or other items that are left behind.

ماده13- تخلیه فضای نمایشگاه

56-غرفه‌داران می‌بایست نسبت به تخلیه فضاهای تخصیص یافته غرفه خود و برچیدن اقلام و مواد از غرفه و خروج آن از نمایشگاه اقدام نمایند و غرفه خالی را ظرف مدت 24 ساعت بعد از پایان نمایشگاه به برگزارکننده تحویل دهند.

57-غرفه دارانی که نتوانند غرفه خود را به موقع تخلیه کنند، مسئول هرگونه خسارت و آسیب به محصولات خود می‌باشند. کالاهای وارد شده می‌بایست به سرعت و پس از پایان نمایشگاه به گمرک نمایشگاه منتقل شود.

58-غرفه‌دارانی که نتوانند اقلام نمایشی و مواد و دکوراسیون خود را از نمایشگاه خارج نمایند می‌بایست هزینه‌های تعرفه‌های گمرکی و انبارداری را پرداخت نمایند.

59-برگزارگننده هیچ مسئولیتی را در قبال کالاهایی از غرفه‌دار که پس از اتمام نمایشگاه در زمان مربوطه از نمایشگاه خارج نشده و در نمایشگاه جا می‌ماند عهده دار نمی‌باشد.

61. Full personal particular(s) of person(s) who will take delivery of the goods from the inside of the FAIRGROUND's Customs Office on the date of handing over the stand by the ORGANIZER shall be legibly written on the parcel as well as on importing documents.

62. EXHIBITORs are urged to ensure that a complete list of their affiliated companies and branches their countries of origin from which they will import exhibiting items is submitted to the ORGANIZER at the time of registration.

63. The ORGANIZER will submit a listing of registered EXHIBITORs to the CUSTOMS section of Permanent International Fair for coordination with the FAIR'S CUSTOMS OFFICER. A well-recognized FORWARDER will be announced through IRANPHARMAEXPO 2017 website: www.iranpharmaexpo.com, to assist EXHIBITORs who plan to import exhibiting items. There are numerous others who are equally qualified forwarders for such services who can be selected by EXHIBITORs through their representatives in Iran or abroad.

61-مشخصات کامل شخصی که باید کالاهای مورد نظر را در گمرک نمایشگاه تحویل بگیرد باید در روز تحویل غرفه به شکل مکتوب به برگزارکننده توسط غرفه‌دار اعلام گردد و روی بسته ها نیز درج شده باشد به همراه اسناد و رود کالا

62-غرفه داران می بایست لیست کاملی از شرکتها و شعب تابعه و وابسته ی خود در کشورهای مختلف و کشور مبدا که از آن اقدام به واردات اقلام شده است به برگزارکننده در زمان ثبت نام تسلیم نمایند.

63-برگزارکننده لیست غرفه‌داران را به گمرک نمایشگاه برای هماهنگی تحویل می دهد.برگزار کننده همچنین اطلاعات فورواردی معتبر را روی سایت ایرانفارما2017 www.iranpharmaexpo.comجهت یاری غرفه داران خارجی اعلام می‌نماید.همچنین تعداد زیادی فورواردر هستند که غرفه‌داران می‌توانند از آنها نیز به خواست و تشخیص خودشان جهت انتقال کالای خود به ایران استفاده نمایند.

ARTICLE 15 -Table of Penalties

Penalty for damages not covered here above will be decided upon individually.
